I had a bad experience during my stay at the Marriott. I was disturbed by noise from other guests, including loud music, slamming doors, and banging on the walls, which kept me up from 2 am to 5 am the first night and continued even after I was relocated to another floor. During the day, you could hear the housekeepers clean the other rooms. Absolutely no peace.
The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly when I approached them. They pretended they could not understand English, but they could. They were just being rude.
Anyway, I was charged the deposit plus the total cost of the room at check-in, and when I checked out, I was asked no questions. However, I later found out that the hotel was trying to charge an additional $500 to my credit card without any explanation. I tried to speak to the management, but the front desk staff refused to let me do so and lied to me instead. I am very upset by this experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
If you like noise and less-than-great customer service, then ignore my review. The only good thing, the location was convenient.
