Ok let me just say, definitely not worth the $400 paid! My husband and I came in from out of town to celebrate our anniversary. Our reservation was for 2 nights! Our first night was spent freezing throughout the night. We did not have any hot water nor did the heat work. I tried calling the front desk multiple times but the phone just rang. My husband went down and was told there was nothing that could be done being that it was after 11pm so the remaining of that night we were freezing and had to take cold showers which is very uncomfortable and unacceptable. The next day I spoke with Sydney and she had an engineer come to the room but he said a valve needed to be changed for the water and was unsure about the heat as he said he never seen a thermostat that wouldn’t allow you to increase the temperature so we were finally placed us in another room with heat and hot water, THANKFULLY!
