The Holiday Inn and suites is a really nice hotel. I've stayed here a lot and the staff are nice and great. The beds are comfy. Nice pool and spa and yummy hot breakfast

There was an issue with the key card for our original room so we had to switch rooms but the service was excellent and the room was clean and cozy.

Booked a room with a couch so there was a place to sit. NO COUCH. The breakfast was the worst. I generally dont expect much but this was the worst. Windows and walls so thin you heard your neighbors and you might as well be sleeping in the highway the noise was so load. Bathrooms above looked like they had leaked to the ceiling was stained and sheetrock bowing down.

we were disappointed abt the pool being under construction but the staff was amazingly kind
met the sweetest person ever, ms Judy made a time of grievance as comforting as. if she were a family friend. we will be back to visit this location and hopefully the pool renovations are complete.

My family and I only stayed one night, but our stay was very comfortable our room was nice and clean, and the staff were very nice and friendly.
