The lake view from the room and lobby is excellent. Spacious room but slightly difficult to find places to keep our thing and hang our clothes. If the room can add more sofa will be great. Butler Xiao Xing is very attentive. Overall is good.

The room was cozy with a good view of ErHai. Service was top notch with complimentary breakfast and teatime snacks. There’s also dedicated staff that would check in quite regularly on WeChat,, and was very responsive to queries and requests.

很少評價任何一個民宿，今天退房我就來誇下這家民宿的優點；
第一：先説訂房的當天、剛下單就接到民宿小哥哥的電話，發定位，問大概幾點到達，好安排時間去接。
第二：到民宿是一位叫小許的小哥哥去接的，特別好，因為路崎嶇不好走，小哥哥怕破壞箱子，一手一個箱子拎着，這點很感動，我們就説你拉着沒事，別拿了太重了，但是小哥哥依舊拿着，服務特別好，吃早飯怕早上風涼，幫我們把外門拉上，這種細節，無話可説。
第三：民宿特別乾淨，配備還有女生卸粧巾、面膜等，配備設施特別齊全，完全不輸五星級酒店，還有大理特色啤酒，晚上睡前送房間銀耳羹，早上早餐也特別豐富。
第四：在民宿拍照真的真的特別出片，特別好看，而且民宿特別漂亮，很好的一次體驗。
我不是託，是真實的感受和體驗，希望大家去了都能渡過一個美好的假期。

環境：洱海風景很好，室內環境通透
雙廊鎮內指定位置接或送:小哥哥小許人很好，幫忙拿行李接送，有什麼問題都會細心迴應。
晚安甜品:晚上還有銀耳羹贈送，咖啡也會送到房間
旅拍體驗:贈送的旅拍項目攝影師非常專業
早餐也很豐盛，體驗感很好，來雙廊還會再住這裏。

環境：環境非常好 正對洱海的房間 景色非常美麗 讓人不想離開酒店出去玩
服務：因為客棧在古鎮裏 會有管家去停車場接送行李 有任何需求聯繫管家都會立刻為我們解決
設施：房間裏設施齊全 尤其是房間裏有洗衣機特別方便 音箱的音質也很好 唯一就是電動窗簾的反應不太敏捷 容易卡住

意外驚喜～～民宿地理位置絕佳，就在雙廊古鎮裏，臨海的陽枱面朝蒼山，聆聽海浪、輕撫海風、非常治癒！民宿內處處是風景，很出片。房間整潔衞生、設施高檔齊全！哈 ，帥氣黝黑的管家小星非常親切，從停車場搶着幫拿行李，到入住全程有問必答、有求必應，讓我這個帶着兩位長者旅遊的遊客，有超級棒的入住體驗！期待下次再來😃

住過最好的民宿無之一！設施很齊全，有洗衣機，直板夾，戴森吹風機，智能馬桶，投影儀和幕布。位置也不錯，在雙廊古鎮裏，古鎮裏很好逛，吃的玩的都很好。服務特別周到，到酒店的時候晚上10點，管家小杜還給我們送了非常好吃的下午茶，紅絲絨蛋糕很好吃，還問我晚上要不要喝熱牛奶。走的時候還送了我一盒品質上等的黑糖。住宿條件和情緒價值拉滿！
