I’ve come here at least twice a year for the last 15 years and this was the first time that I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED, we was located on the third floor and there was a family there that allowed they kids to jump up and down all night long and scream to the TOP OF THEY LUNGS until I had to call the front dest to ask the hotel clerk to ask the parents to quiet they kids down , this was around 12:30 midnight, mind you, me and husband came to sleep and relax , we didn’t enjoy this stay AT ALL, AND we have to think if we ever will return.

Overall, I enjoyed the weeklong stay at the hotel. Staff was helpful as a one of them helped me load my heavy suitcase into my car. However, the pool was cold and I never got to swim.

Qdo. entramos no hotel, parecia ser muito bom. Tinha uma antessala com sofá, poltrona, etc. O quarto era pequeno, mas compensava pela sante-sala, porém pecava pela limpeza. Os carpetes estavam muito sujos, as cortinas também sujas, o quarto não estava num bom estado de conservação, o cobre leito de uma das camas deu a impressão de estar sujo e, ao abrir a gaveta do criado mudo encontrei várias unhas postiças, que foram deixadas por algum hóspede. Inclusive tivemos a impressão que esse hotel é utilizado para estadia de longa duração, pois haviam várias crianças que, no dia seguinte foram para a escola.

Front desk staff were lovely. Breakfast was ok. Bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. The room as a whole was run down and dirty. Lots of visible dust and debris on the carpets. I think the bathroom was clean, but it was old and run down, which made it look unclean. For a quick stop over it was fine, but I would not return.

The girl who checked me in checked me in as a "NO SHOW" which meant they had no record of me being there when I checked out. They then said they could not print me a receipt and I have 2 charges on my card which I can not account for. I had to CANCEL my credit card due to these charges. The woman on Sunday morning was very nice during check out but there was nothing she could do as NO RECORD I WAS ever there

The climate control is one where it depends on sensors to determine is someone is in the room. The problem is when it doesn’t detect any movement, it turns COMPLETELY OFF (say…when you’re sleeping). SO, it turn off when you're sleeping and the room temp goes to 76 degrees. I got maybe 2 hours of continuous sleep because it was so hot and I had to get up and trip the sensor to get AC back on. Also, the room was clearly smoked in. You can smell it upon first entry of the room.

Overall, a really great travel option for us as we are up in DC a lot. We have a large van so we cannot stay anywhere in which the parking is in a garage. This hotel is very convenient and is a fantastic location for both dining and shopping. It was very clean but did have a few minor things that are in need of repair. Nothing at all major; just routine maintenance. We will likely stay here again!

Hotel itself was nice in appearance, king rooms spacious BUT front desk staff unfriendly and not helpful. Manager would not speak with me about concerns, which is unfortunate because we could have easily came to a solution.
Hotel is very noisy and paper thin walls unfortunately. Breakfast was decent with some cold items, eggs and sausage.
