Le House DaLat

New hotel in Dalat. Room was good. However, there was a smell.

Очень чистый и красивый отель, но в номере не работал душ, точнее работал только верхний, что не очень удобно Завтрак вкусный, на выбор омлет или суп ФО Отель новый, все чистое

The hotel is very beautiful decorated in a luxurious classic style. Room service and reception staff were all very helpful and friendly. Well equipped rooms, foot massage room at reception and delicious breakfast included. We had a very good time here over a week. The hotel has a very convenient location with many restaurants and cafes. this is One of the best places I've been to in Southeast Asia. I am very satisfied when I come here.

A friend recommended this small hotel to me and I was not disappointed. It's located quite centrally and the people there are the friendliest and most helpful I've met in a while. The room is well taken care of and has all the normal amenities needed. Breakfast around the dining table is more family style - and the staff cater to your exact needs. I will come back when I return to Da Lat in the future.

Great Foot Massage room with highly skilled staff, we really relaxed while waiting to check in. I had a front room facing a noisy road but was undisturbed as the windows were double glazed. The bed was very comfortable and for the first time I saw a variety of pillows to suit everyone, which was great. Breakfast includes a selection of fruits, meat and eggs cooked to approved orders. A very enjoyable stay. I will definitely come back.

Staying at Le house Hotel was such a treat! We have been traveling internationally for 8 months and know what to expect at most reasonably priced hotels, but we were blown away by the comfort and service we received at Le House hotel. Mrs. Lanh, the receptions, was such a wonderful staff and always made sure we had everything we needed and gave us advice on what to see in town. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast spread is unbelievable and would be worth the price of a night’s stay by itself; eggs, bread, and ham with fresh mango, pineapple, banana, watermelon, and even more that I can’t remember. The location is also a very easy 15 min walk to the center of Da Lat. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes just down the street from Le House.

I absolutely loved the hotel. The rooms are luxury and very clean, but it was the owner, Mr. Phap, who made the stay very enjoyable. Nothing was too much for him and the staff. He speaks excellent English and knows what he is doing. The hotel obviously caters to many bikers like us, so a breakfast at the crack of dawn was not a problem. End the breakfast was very good, with heaps of fruit, fresh bread, and great eggs. I saw comments that it is far from the center, but that is not really true. I easily walked to both the Central and Night Markets in just a few minutes. I had lost my charging cable for my watch and Mr. Phap helped me to make sure that I got the replacement I had had shipped. Shows the lengths he goes to to make the guests happy. Very highly recommended.

This is an honest review from western guests. Hotel foyer and reception/WC are lovely as you would expect from a brand new hotel. Breakfast looks pretty but is poor. You have to ask for a hot breakfast which is only Phu Bo. Had to ask for omelette as it was not offered, it came in the form of 2 fried eggs!!Breakfast is too late starting at 0730 to 1030 as lots of guests are on trekking and day trips leaving at 0730 to 0800,this should be adjusted to 0700 to 1000 as it leaving you hungry or rushing. When asked about early breakfast it was a no then a maybe??? Lack of coffee also. Rooms - look pretty and yes they are clean and brand new, that’s where the compliments end. Foul smell of sewage in bathroom all the time but especially in the morning. Had to ask for shower drain to be unblocked as 1 minute in the shower and the whole bathroom floods, this was address by removing the top part of the drain, this then causes the other drain by the toilet to fill up and block. This is ongoing with most rooms if you read previous reviews. Air con leaked into floor so had to move table and put down a towel. Walls and ceilings are paper thin. Asked for help from reception for noisy room they didn’t understand so I had to bang on the room and tell them to shut up at 11pm! Can hear constant running water like a tap from adjacent room, I asked them to look at this but they were not interested but this would have kept us awake should we not have had ear plugs!! Rooms directly above 3rd floor are inhabited by chair scrapers and showering etc late at night, suspect but not confirmed this is used by hotel staff! As with most typical Vietnamese builds there is lack of infrastructure and finishing off. Sadly the smells are already present and will only get worse. Standard replies ‘we have sorted drain problem’ are prevalent in replies to your reviews. We were strictly told to wait until 1-2pm for room for check in which is fine as it states it in the notes but other couples and parties (not western) we’re booked in straight away. All in all of you don’t mind the smell of sewage and are nocturnal this is the hotel for you.
