Honestly i was so impressed by this hotel, from the minute we arrived we were being attended to by hotel staff, the staff were friendly and polite and some staff were English speaking as well. The quality of rooms and amenities were excellent. Outside of Shanghai this was one the best hotel experiences I’ve had in China. The location is away from restaurants and bars but only a 20min walk or a short didi ride away, there is a fantastic view across the ocean and the city from different areas of the hotel. Breakfast was ok and great coffee. Next time I go to Diashan I will definitely stay here again.

The service was extremely poor. I went to the Starry Sky Restaurant, which is convenient to eat, but it turned out that the ingredients were not available here and there. After placing the order, we were not given a receipt. As a result, a lamb chop was wrongly ordered. We thought it was included in the set meal. Then the waiter was even more weird. Because the set menu came with various kinds of meat skewers, he asked a lot about which ones were mutton skewers and which were beef skewers. As a result, the male waiter said directly, ”I don't know, I haven't eaten it!” If we didn't want to disturb others, we would flip the table with this kind of service attitude. Are we paying such an expensive price just to be angry? ? Let me mention that the serving speed is extremely slow. We were promised that the food would be served in half an hour, but in the end, we were served a portion of peanuts in nearly an hour. We were really impressed. That's funny. If you don't know how to work in the service industry, why don't you go back and remake it? After all, it's a star hotel and this kind of service is required? If you want to stay, think about whether you can accept this kind of service attitude. Then the Starry Sky Restaurant was very hot, extremely hot, and there wasn’t even a fan.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the environment is good, the service is warm, the facilities are complete, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel has a lot of breakfast varieties, and the coffee level is not bad. There is also a convenience store at the entrance of the hotel, which is also very convenient to buy some water and snacks. There are also vending machines in the elevator hall. After experiencing one night, the overall impression is quite good.

酒店位於岱山島中心地帶，周邊商業配套齊全，房間乾淨整潔，缺點是假日停車位緊張，不能保證住店客人的停車位，停滿的情況下，住店客人的車也不能進停車場，且附近停車位也比較緊張。附近有個日達廣場和岱山新天地，餐廳比較多，但是假日熱門餐廳等位時間長。到秀山島不到半小時，去岱山各個景點距離都不太遠
