I like that hotel! It is very cosy and hospitable! Stuf are also friendly! Food is varied and delicies! The area is being renovated, but they are trying to accommodate everyone away from this and we got an update room with a view and access to the pool! Thanks fir evrth!

Positive: 1- I had the luxury of staying here the staff helped me upgrade to a room with a better view. And overall the front desk people were very helpful. 2- plenty of watersport rentals near the hotel. Negative: 1- does not seem like an eco friendly hotel. The buffet manager did not let me fill my refillable bottle from the buffet water dispenser. They said "this is not allowed and that I should buy a plastic bottle instead". We are in the Red Sea in a beautiful destination and the hotel should be more keen on being more eco friendly and use less plastic bottles. How is this hotel in the desert does not have a water fountain or dispenser for the guests? It’s the most simple thing ever. 2- I prefer that there is no music around the beach area but this is my personal preference.

We booked almost 8 rooms for an Easter vacation with our friends from May 6th to May 10th. Unfortunately, just before our planned trip, our baby fell ill, and we had to rush to the hospital, preventing us from traveling. We immediately contacted the hotel and provided all necessary documentation through our family and friends who were able to travel, including hospital reports confirming our situation. Despite this, the salesperson, Raymond, refused to offer any refund and said the only alternative solution is just to give us a grace period for 1 month to travel which is not doable for us as already all our friends travelled during the mentioned dates. This was incredibly disheartening, as our inability to travel was due to unforeseen circumstances completely out of our control. We attempted to escalate the matter and reached out to the hotel reception as we couldn’t reach to the hotel general manager, but unfortunately, our efforts were fruitless. It was evident that the hotel sales person priority was solely focused on financial gains rather than understanding and empathy towards our situation. As a customer, I believe that in situations of force majeure like ours, a more compassionate and understanding approach should be adopted. Unfortunately, our experience with Dahab lagoon club and resort left us feeling neglected and frustrated. We urge the hotel's general manager to address our concerns promptly and provide a resolution that reflects a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Very good hotel. We came for windsurfing so it was as close to the windsurfing spot as possible! The food was delicious! The pastry chef knows what he’s doing:) There a few pools, a dive shop, bars, a spa, etc. Overall a very good experience!

This is a wonderful place for a relaxed vacation. Hotel is beautiful, lots of place, large beach (the best beaches in Dahab, the lagoon area), close to reef areas for snorkeling and diving and 5 min by taxi to Dahab city. The staff are great, everyone, really, from the reception people to the dining room, the service, the entertainment, everyone there is doing above and beyond to make guests happy. The food is good, even very good considering it is Sinai and not Paris, France :-). A large variety of dishes and everyone will find some things that they like. Also, the diving center is really nice and the owner and his people try to find the best excursions for everyone. It was just a very pleasant vacation and we hope to be back.

As the beach it is a gold clean sand..the best sea water at Dahab. Beautiful corals where it is surrounded w beautiful coloured fish,sea cucumber it was amazing experience. All the hotel team (recreation beach personel,restaurants staff,receotand room staff are charchterized with their fremiendly smiling helpful attitude..INSHALLAH I will visit this specific hotel w my friends yearly and encourage others..Dahab is a beautiful city full of many places to visit restaurants..v good for shopping w good quality

Animation team is so terrible. Team manager is not a Qualified lady at all. She isn't honest to leave your children with .over ratted hotel . I am so upset about the entertainment team . Doesn't speak well at all . TO BE HONEST RECREATION TEAM IS RESPECTFUL Also the barman nagi

We got one of the new rooms on the back side of the resort. They are nice and clean. The location of the resort is in my opinion the best in Dahab. Beautifull beach. Always free space. Bad one way Plastik cups. You can find them in the sand and also in the sea. Food repeats every two days. People are friendly and helpfull. We will not book again all inklusive as the drinks are very limited and at one beach Bar you have to pay after 5pm. All over all we can recomment the hotel. But please change the plastik cups. Use instead stable plastic cups wich can be used again.

The place is amazing If you have kids is the perfect spot where to stay! The Resort is nice, the beach is very beautiful and quite. The staff is friendly and helpful We had sea view rooms and were big, modern and very comfortable I give a 5 star review because we had an amazing time Just 2 points that can be changed in better: Food at the restaurant and room cleaning The rest was just perfect 😍
