The hotel was a short walk to the beach and had plenty of amenities to keep one busy.
Be wary as they do charge you for EVERYTHING. I had a glass break and I had to pay to replace it. The balcony is a misnomer, I couldn’t really stand on it, it was so small.
It was quite luxurious - perfect for a solo traveler.

The room was spacious, new and beautiful. Loved the smart TV and the good view. The gym was a bit small and not much equipment but can do the gob for one person at a time. The cold water pressure was alternating which made showering a bit difficult (constantly goes from hot to cold) and there was one night we couldn’t wash due to a problem with the hot water in the hotel. The breakfast was okay. Not many western breakfast options… just eggs, sausages and bread, would’ve preferred bacon each day but only got bacon the first day.

Brand new hotel, very clean and 7 minutes walk to Da Nang Beach. There are many shops nearby hotel such as Pharmacy, Laundry shops, 24 hours mini supermarket, Indian and Halal foods. Hotel staff very friendly and polite. Hotel manager Oliver is very kind and helpful.

メリット
・朝食が毎朝少しずつ変化がある
・ベッドの硬さがちょうど良い
・フロントに言えば高さの低い枕がある
・かなりコンパクな部屋だが1人なら十分
デメリット
・スタッフが大勢いてもドアを開けてくれない
・近所の深夜営業店が夜中1時半過ぎても巨大音量&重低音のリズム音響が毎晩続き、眠れないために滞在時は必ず昼寝をしてた
・トイレットペーパーの予備が無く常に紙切れを心配
・シャワーの温度が不安定
・ボトル3本が(シャンプーほか)陶器のため、落下しないようかなり注意が必要(落下したら必ず割れる)
・コンパクトな部屋にクイーンベッドなため？角に足を引っ掛けて度々つまづく
・無料のアフタヌーンティーは朝食の材料で用意した軽食程度でアフタヌーンティーとは違う
・ベランダは無いに等しい
・無料アップグレードをしたと言うがほとんど変わらない

무료업그레이드와 레이트체크아웃 옵션을 보고 강을 건너 늦은 밤 호텔예약을 하고 이동을 했습니다.
저를 맞이한 남자직원은 피곤해서 그런건지 안좋은 일이 있었던건지 시종일관 무표정하고 무뚝뚝하게 응대를 해서 일단 첫인상부터 상당히 불쾌했습니다.
체크인을 하는 과정에서도 룸업그레이드와 레잇체크아웃 옵션을 얘기했더니 풀부킹이라 불가능하다고 하네요.
힐튼호텔에서 묵다가 굳이 여기로 옮겨온 이유중 하나가 룸업그레이드와 레잇체크아웃때문이었는데 안된다니요?
게다가 룸업그레이드를 했다고하는데 막상 룸에 들어와보니 예전 업그레이됐던 방과 전혀 다른 룸타입이네요.
도대체 뭘 업그레이드 했다는걸까요?
제가 이 호텔에 처음 묵는것도 아니고 지금까지 총 세번째 숙박인데 이렇게 불친절하고 불쾌한 응대는 처음인 것 같습니다. 이럴줄 알았다면 그냥 힐튼에 있던지 조금 불편하더라도 다른 비슷한 컨디션의 호텔로 예약을 할 걸 그랬습니다.
아무튼 분명 예약옵션에 있음에도 호텔예약상황에 따라 레잇체크아웃이 안될수도 있다는 황당한 답변을 들으니 더 불쾌해지네요. 그럴거면 판매옵션에 써놓지를 말던가, 자기들만 보는 약관을 만들어 고객들에게 눈속임해서 판매한 거랑 뭐가 다른다는걸까요?
(혹시나 해서 다시 한번 확인을 했지만 고객들이 보는 예약조건에는 그냥 업그레이드와 레잇체크아웃이 가능하다고 되있네요. 어딘가 또 고객들의 뒤통수를 칠 약관은 잘안보이는곳에 숨겨놨을수도 있겠네요)
어찌됐던간에 늦은 시간 체크인을 하는데 직원의 무성의하고 불쾌한 응대와 무뚝뚝한 표정은 보니 두번다시 이 호텔에는 안오고 싶어지네요.
일단 트립닷컴에 클레임을 걸어놓은 상태입니다.
어떤 답변이 올지 지켜볼 참입니다.
혹시라도 이 호텔을 고민하시는 분들이 계시다면, 다낭에는 많은 선택의 수가 있으니 다시한번 고민해보시라고 조언해드리고 싶습니다.

房間沒有想象中那麼小，但衞生間有點侷促，淋浴冷熱水交替不大穩定，還好入住時要求了一個安靜的房間，一夜安眠。早餐非常豐富，甚至有白粥和南瓜粥，剛好我腸胃功能紊亂需要清淡飲食，還跟前台要到了糖和鹽自製糖鹽水補充了體能。退房後還可以使用泳池的盥洗室洗個澡再上飛機。總之，性價比還不錯的，前提是房間最好安排在安靜的一側。
