O hotel é muito bom, assim como a piscina e o café ao lado da piscina. O entretenimento era um pouco alto demais, e o restaurante para café da manhã e jantar poderia melhorar em termos de escolha e qualidade.

O hotel está localizado nos subúrbios, numa zona tranquila e tranquila. Grande área hoteleira. Os quartos têm tudo que você precisa, limpeza normal. Seria bom se a cabine do chuveiro tivesse uma porta, caso contrário todo o quarto flutuaria após o banho. Ampla oferta de café da manhã. Para o jantar, poderá escolher entre duas opções (carne ou peixe). Muito boa qualidade alimentar e muito bom nível de serviço/garçons. Elogios! A recepcionista teve dificuldade em entender e calcular quanto pagar pelos vinhos pedidos no jantar. Sistema muito manual e não processado e este é apenas o começo da temporada turística. A menina não conseguia lidar com a aritmética simples e demorava muito. É necessário introduzir um sistema mais centralizado de recolha de dados sobre as bebidas consumidas.

Eu não poderia recomendá-los mais do que isso. Super serviço. Animação. Quarto, piscina, restaurante e todos os outros lugares eram muito limpos. Equipe profissional e cortês. Comida boa e muito, muito boa principalmente para dormir à noite porque é muito ventilado e isso é muito importante porque o calor na Sicília nesta época do ano era simplesmente uma loucura

Este hotel fica no meio do nada. A praia fica longe. A vista do quarto é para a parede? café da manhã - eles nem tomam café. Apenas uma vantagem é a piscina - bastante grande e limpa.

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are very professional. We hired a car and enjoyed driving in the beautiful countryside. There is plenty of free parking near the hotel. The staff are all very lovely. The receptionist printed a few maps for us and even recommended some good restaurants when we asked her. The room was very clean, the shower excellent, and the beds very comfortable. We found free toiletries as listed on the advert, but the bottles are too small to wash whole body and hair. When I asked the housekeeping, they were very willing to give me more bottles. The breakfast was lovely. The gym is very good, and I think that in Summer the pool area will be fantastic. On the night between Saturday and Sunday, there were very loud party people in the room next to ours and we could not sleep. I called the receptionist and she called them immediately to inform them about the complaint. After a while we could sleep. I thank all the helpful staff and I highly recommend this hotel, if you hire a car. We will surely return again, especially because the Ryanair flights are so cheap.

Pool: 8.5/10. Very big and clean pool. You have to wear swimming caps though, which they don’t warn you about before arrival and they then cheekily charge €2,50 for. The changing rooms below the pool were quite dirty at the weekends. Animation team: 10/10. Fantastic entertainment and all very talented and friendly, especially Salvo and Simo. Despite most of the shows being in Italian, we enjoyed it a lot and the team made an effort to make us feel included. Reception: 6/10. Sometimes friendly, but mostly uninterested. On arrival, we weren’t given any information about the hotel (we didn’t realise we had to book tables for dinner and lunch!) and on departure, no one asked how our stay was. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready until 18:00 (2 hours late) and the staff were not willing to ask the cleaners to sort our room first. We had to ask for complementary coca colas to make up for it, which they reluctantly agreed to. On check-out, they again, reluctantly, agreed to allow us to check-out at 11am (1 hour late) to make up for our lost time. They made us pay full price for a meal which the restaurant had messed up three times in a row, meaning we ran out of time to eat the dessert there and we had to take it away. Restaurant: 7/10. Lovely friendly staff, but the food was only fine/satisfactory - nothing particularly amazing. There are different 22 Euro lunch and dinner 4 course set menus every day, with one fish/vegetarian option and one meat option for each course, as well as an A La Carte menu. It’s a real shame that the conservatory part of the restaurant is not used for meals - only the big dining room which lacks atmosphere. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Room: 7.5/10. Clean, comfortable and fairly modern. The shower head needs replacing though, and the water often switched between too hot and too cold. It also leaked on the bathroom floor. Balconies lack chairs. Our last night was plagued by extremely loud music banging through from the pool area until very late. Front evening bar: 10/10. Amazingly kind bar-lady who was a pleasure to talk to. Fantastic aperitivi drinks and snacks. Location: 7/10. We came without a car and the hotel is pretty isolated - about 30-45 minute walk to the nearest town and over an hour walk to the beach. However there is an AST bus stop nearby that takes you to Erice and San Vito Lo Capo a few times a day. It would be good if the hotel had a beach shuttle.

I stayed there with my family over the "Ognissanti" weekend. PROS: Food was nice and abundant; waitress and waiters were polite, courteous, and professional. CONS: Nobody has checked our green pass at the check-in, which I am not sure is mandatory. However, the restaurant was indoor and poorly ventilated (no windows and/or doors open): nobody checked our green pass. Many people gathered in the lobby, at the bar, at the game room, and at the large meeting room without mask. Nobody from the Hotel staff said anything about this poor habit. Only at the restaurant people were reminded to wear a mask if not sitting. We avoided the "after dinner" shows as the room was packed with people without mask and the room was poorly ventilated.

Really nice to relax at the pool. Staff were pleasant and room was nicely sized. Seemed like a great holiday option if you have kids as they provide a lot of activities for children. Nice location for a drive to San Vito lo capo, Trapani and other areas (each ~30" drive per direction)
