La mejor experiencia de hotel en mi vida, comenzando desde el lugar, la vista que tiene es simplemente indescriptible, tienen que comprobarlo, y obviamente la atención de este lugar es A-1, gracias a Martin, el administrador del hotel, una persona amable, respetuosa y hospitalaria, que nos atendió desde cordialmente desde el momento que hicimos la reservación, cuando llegamos y hasta cuando nos retiramos con mucha nostalgia de dejar a un gran amigo, pero de todas maneras volveremos, 100% recomendado. The best hotel experience in my life, starting from the place, the view it has is simply indescribable, you have to check it, and obviously the attention of this place is A-1, thanks to Martin, the hotel manager, a kind person , respectful and hospitable, who treated us cordially from the moment we made the reservation, when we arrived and even when we left with a lot of nostalgia to leave a great friend, but we will return anyway, 100% recommended.

Wonderful staff, excellent location for exploring Cusco, comfortable and clean room, very helpful luggage storage. Special thanks to Suly, Kenia, Ruth, Sari, the cleaning crew and cooks. Bright and airy roof terrace for breakfast. Wifi was weak in our ground-floor room, but strong in the common areas. They even made me a surprise cake on my birthday and sang to me in English, Spanish, and Quechua. I suggest you bring earplugs no matter where you stay in Cusco, as it is very common for tourists to be shuffling through the hallways as they leave for their adventures at 4:00am.

Very good living experience. First of all, the location is very convenient. It only takes ten minutes to walk to the Sun Temple without turning around. The facade is ordinary but the rooms are very clean, with separate bathrooms, similar to the design of youth hostels, which makes the price/performance ratio quite high. Especially the hot water is very good. It is too comfortable to take a shower after a day of play. Unfortunately, there is no sofa in the room. The owner may want to chat together in the common room on the first floor. The most worth mentioning is that the owner and his wife are very nice, warm and considerate, and communicate in both English and Spanish. I am very relieved and comfortable living there. The friendliest and most helpful receptionist that I've ever met works at Bear Packer in Cuzco, and his name is Bruno. Gracias por todo!! Apart from that, Bear Packer has free breakfast, free storage, free wifi, nice beds, a good location in Cuzco and beautiful murals all over the hostel. If I can wish something for my future visits, it would be a more sturdy system around the locking of the storage boxes (not the padlock itself, but the metal / wood that I attach the padlock to, to be more trustworthy). Amazing hosts, they kind, friendly and helpful! Hotel located in the beautiful place close to our geological sites, not far from a city centre. Rooms are very nice and clean. Coca leaves and coca leaves are offered to help with altitude. Hotel provides very delicious breakfast and snacks if you are leaving hotel early in the morning for excursions. If we’re back to Cusco we definitely want to book this place again! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!
