Priced Trip, I have comments to make on the services. I booked 2 suits with single bed and arrived at Hotel Pinheirinho the reservation was with couple bed, After negotiations with the reception we managed with the good will of the management to organize the hosts, despite her great resistance to the change of couple to singles. Finally! I think the site of trip.com should be easier to view and have more clear information when the final closure of the reservation. Att. Nilson Rodrigues

The hotel is good but the parking leaves to be desired. I had to park in the ground and it is so low that the front of the car is dragging on the ground (this is not even down my car). The floor doesn't leave the lights on the ground and it's very dark, it has some sensors of proximity but only near the lifts that I realized.. Good morning breakfast, one of the towels was a little incarnated, small but cool room.

The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast was very good, in the right measure, without exaggeration but without missing anything, and the rest was happening quickly. The location is perfect, well in the city centre, close to everything, on a street with movement but no noise that catches the sleep.

Cet établissement est très bien. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement hôtel. Ce qui change, le ménage et le lit ne sont pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas comprit. Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit) Les points positifs : Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc... Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos! Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...). Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H. Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas ! Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre! Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens. En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . The hotel was perfect, especially from Caio, the most educated, performing, friendly, efficient receptionist I've ever known. All hotel structure is excellent and breakfast is delicious, quite varied.

The hotel is in a great location, near the centre and the shopping mueller. We have always been well-served, and the rooms are cleaned in the morning, as well as breakfast is included in the daily. The only difficulty is to park, as space and well tight and generates a lot of difficulty to manoeuvre, especially for larger cars. In general, we would certainly return to a great place.

The people are nice and kind, breakfast is excellent, the location is good! And here the benefits end. - The room smells of mopho and is tight (I don't know why to take space with a micro-coin if you don't use any prachylo - you don't have any tools). The door lock is poorly installed and the card demagnetizes every day (even if we do not store with other cards). 'The bed is old and uncomfortable, and they offer only a cover (there was no extra in the reception), and it is from the width of the bed! When we fall down, it is not on the right, nor to cover; the wooden, besides the furnace, is clear with such a fulger. - The bathroom is not clean, the empty download and the only thing that offers is two sabbles. The towels are awning! We have not got tape or face towels, just bathrooms, and quality doesn't have what to say ... (I left a photo). You have no problem having a simple quality hotel, but: (1) you need to offer hotel facilities (such as covers and bath towels in an acceptable state) and (2) you can't charge 450 reals per day!!!!
