Don't go there. I could never recommend it. When there are loud noises that keep you up each night and they say they'll help they won't. If you call to complain while during your stay they'll say they can't do anything until you check out. When their staff harass you and and make you very uncomfortable they will lie (the manager) about all of the above, and when you speak to customer services (please watch out for Deborah, it's a long time since I've spoken to a woman who made me feel like there was a demon living inside her where a soul should be) after you check out they will be rude, belittle you, infer you are a liar, put you on hold while you are speaking and are devoid of empathy and imo humanity altogether. So after you've complained and had an experience similar to me, make sure you do what I'm about to do which is speak to the 'Trading Standards department'. Just pick any other hotel, in fact any other chain, £20 quid more isn't going to kill you, the stress of Premier Inn won't be good for your health, especially not at the Croydon Town Centre branch. P.S the food gives you food poisoning in my experience, doubly not worth the risk.
