Sophie was very helpful. We slept well and the location was great. Very close to the station and the rooms very spacious and quiet

Tay assisted me from the minute I walked in. She was friendly and very helpful. Not only did she answer all my question but was very polite with a smile . She provided me the wifi information including the food menu. We need more services like this. Thanks again Tay.

The hotel suffers from minimum investment, most likely including poor staff pay. An overall shabby environment. The staff struggled valiantly to make up for the deficiencies by their friendly and welcoming demeanor. Well done to them. Management & owners take note!

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, The hotel is well placed location wise and the staff always try their best to look after you Especially #Tay # is very good, he behaves very well and he is very friendly and his personality is great.

The hotel was generally clean. Nice bathroom and towels. Room only gets topped up when you ask for it. The staff were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Emma was a great host. Michaela was on top of it all. Andrea was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Great price. Good breakfasts here also. Thank you staff for taking care of us.

Hotel was ok not my first stay but what made it great was the assistant manager sophie she made my time great she took care of me. Very friendly and professional and assisted me with everything I needed to make my stay however short a good one she did well

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly - especially Silvia ! The hotel is well placed location wise and the staff always try their best to look after you I’ve stayed many times over the past year or two and it’s convenient to travel into London and also the South coast
