Um dos melhores serviços que experimentei, a equipe foi amigável, prestativa e cheia de energia. Connor no check-out após uma longa viagem foi o fato calmante e amigável que você deseja ver na chegada. Nos deixou à vontade e acolhidos. Tina me cumprimentou no café da manhã e que energia brilhante ela é, sentou-se comigo e novamente nada foi demais enquanto ela sorria durante seu turno com 100% de serviço. Amy também esteve lá durante todo o dia, que novamente foi muito prestativa. Ela parecia nunca sair na minha estadia de 2 noites. Ela era fácil de conversar e sempre parecia positiva. A comida era incrível chef bem feito. Ovos escalfados estavam perfeitos e seus hambúrgueres estavam deliciosos 😋

Friendly staff at breakfast. Great variety and sets you up for the day! Fresh eggs on request. Good nights sleep, comfy bed and pillows. Other staff could improve on their attitudes towards guests. Good location and can walk into town easily.

Grest location before flying out of Gatwick. Good parking facilities. Lovely friendly staff. Great knowledge of local area Nice bar/restaurant area. Very comfortable beds. Rooms lovely and clean. Very close to Crawley town centre. The town has lots of restaurants and pubs to choose from. Would definitely recommend this hotel. In fact we have stayed her 5 times now

Late stop over before flying early next morning ,easy car parking ,check in and comfortable bed, quiet and relaxing area, would definitely stay there again as easy access to airport, car park and friendly staff

Side bed uncomfy, Rooms absolutely sweltering, Stale bread and Incredibly rude staff with awful service. Didn’t specify meal deal causing a ridiculous confusion.Only good part was the double bed. Wouldn’t recommend, as in an awkward position and a generally bad experience overall.

Great location for an overnight stay before flying from Gatwick Airport. The airport is just a few miles away. Staff here very friendly and helpful even though it was busy. Booked an advanced rate which made it very good value. Breakfast good too. Would recommend and stay again .

Really nice and comfortable room! Big and comfy bed. Kids eat free at breakfast which was a real treat of full English, lots of lovely pastries and pancakes! Lovely and friendly staff. Great location, lots of free parking. The bathroom had a little dampy smell where the shower curtain had t dried properly which was off putting but apart from that it was all great!

Overall good but the room was way too hot on arrival as the electric heater was on when I arrived and the room temperature was 23 degrees. No way to get rid of the heat the first night as didn’t want to open the window due to traffic noise. Opened it during the day whilst out the next day and all was fine when I returned. I had a lovely meal in the restaurant and couldn’t fault the service.
