Had a great time at this hotel Location is a five minute walk from ferry pier. View is amazing from our ocean view room upgrade well worth the money for sure watching the cruise ships dock right in front of us was really cool. Free breakfast buffet was excellent in mornings. Nice chairs around small splash pool were nice also little bar there at pool area. Spent the day there one day watching all the action in the ocean in front of us. All the employees were very nice and helpful. The price was good for the location of this hotel. We really like all the elevators in building . Also has a 7-11 store located under hotel open 24/7 so handy. Would highly recommend this small hotel looking forward to staying there next time

Good service, bit of English/Spanish & Dollar/Peso translation issue. Our room was nice overlooking the ocean with a balcony. Nice little pool to cool off in. Good breakfast, bad coffee and dirty ice & bucket.

We have stayed here several times now and always love it. The staff are exceptional. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to ferry terminal and cruise ports.

Can’t say enough good things about the property, the hotel, the staff excellent accommodation… just one tip for you don’t put cheap ketchup in a Heinz bottle for the breakfast, your not fooling anybody. And some better quality coffee would be nice

I have been traveling to Cozumel for an annual diving trip for at least 12 years -- of which I have been staying at this hotel for the past 8-9 years. The staff remembers you. You can always determine a hotel is good when the staff stays on for years.

Great location, A/C was cold, breakfast good, and free. All within walking distance, if not, taxis were plentyful to take you wherever you needed to get to. Only downfall was the towels and sheets were a little on the rough side. Other than that, no complaints...was an awesome stay for our anniversary...
