located in Central city of coventry. you feel the safety of this hotel is extremely high standard.
very convenient to visit coventry university and sightseeings.

This is my first visit to UK.
However, the hotel has never been a pleasant experience.
1) Location and Room condition.
The hotel is located at center of city.
It was relatively clean but not elaborately organized, some lights were not turned on, and the atmosphere was dark and gloomy.
The room was relatively large, had 2 more useless beds and the Wifi was the worst.
Not recommended for business trips.
2) services and staff quality
Breakfast and dinner are served and the taste is average. Considering the price, I don't recommend it that much.
A few staff are kind, but Some staff are far from friendly and racist. Need to be careful.Employees should be trained in kindness and generosity.
Beware of the guy with the weird British accent.
But there are also really kind and great staff. (Sam)
3) Facility
It's safe, but don't expect much because there are no special facilities or features other than the restaurant.
It's a very normal level.
4) Overall
I can't recommend it. If you don't have a place to book, find another Premere Inn.
I will definitely go somewhere else next time. (I'll pay a little more and go to a better place.)

房間大小還不錯，酒店位置也很贊，去市中心很近。前台的工作人員非常熱情，我的房卡出了一點小問題，工作人員解決的非常耐心！酒店早餐是自助點餐制，點了一份英式早餐，量真的很大，口味也很正宗，贊！

因為考文垂整體較小，所以交通和去景點都比較便利，但是酒店整體環境一般，室內沒有拖鞋和洗漱用品，網絡質量不好，wifi慢，換成流量又沒什麼信號，導致視頻都刷不了。如果作為臨時湊合一晚的選擇，性價比又不是很高。因為是三家premier中有點評的選擇了這家，不知道其他的是不是也這樣。

Quarto e camas boas. Mas gerente do hotel (ou alguém que parece ser o gerente) precisa de aulas de atendimento, empatia e educação. Restante da equipe do hotel muito simpática, mas gerente não ajudou em nada e pouco se importou com as pessoas que vi atendendo.
