Outra ótima estadia neste local brilhante. As instalações são excelentes, o pessoal é excelente, desde o pessoal da recepção ao pessoal do bar e restaurante, até ao pessoal da limpeza. O entretenimento noturno no bar é uma mistura de músicos e cantores talentosos de alta qualidade e sessões de relaxamento brilhantes do DJ Adam Whitebone.

Equipe muito elegante, excelente e prestativa. Os quartos eram muito grandes e bem decorados. Como um oásis na paisagem árida. Ficaria novamente. Não era fã de música ao vivo. Algo mais autêntico teria sido melhor.

Hotel encantador para uma pausa curta e tranquila. Os quartos e o hotel pareciam modernos e bem projetados, e a equipe era adorável. A comida no restaurante era decente, mas era uma pena não haver outras opções para uma refeição mais leve ou lanche (por exemplo, no bar) e o menu do serviço de quarto era muito limitado. O quarto era bom o suficiente e a vista para o mar era linda. Infelizmente, nosso ar condicionado não funcionou, mas em janeiro isso não foi um grande problema. A área é linda, com acesso direto a uma praia extensa e intocada. Não há muito na área circundante, por isso recomenda-se um carro.

We checked in to this hotel and checked out an hour later - we have three mainreasons 1. We had to drag all our luggage from reception to our room - in front of everybody at pool 2. Keys did not work on door 3. Room was shabby and dirty - note photos including bed- really not right for the prices and four star rating This was such a pity as we were looking forward to our holiday - In fairness the staff were good. - we received the refund of the money we paid n hour earlier Avoid -

Another great holiday - thank you to everyone for making it so - all staff polite and friendy - professional and helpful -- food selection for breakfast and dinner excellent -- maybe a micro wave would be a welcome addition when the weather is'nt at it's best -- unfortunately it was cold ,wet and windy for our week at the end of March -- yes it is getting a bit pricey (for us at any rate) so we stayed for 6 nights instead of our usual 7. Reception were kind enough to save our usual room and unprompted there was a bottle of fizz in an ice bucket on our arrival -- birthday treat!! .Great relaxing vibe and even with the weather very enjoyable -- we hope for better weather when we return in September .Gracias - Robert & Alison

My husband and I stayed at INNside Fuerteventura for a week and loved our stay. It was situated in a gorgeous location and the hotel grounds were impeccable. We opted for a room with a garden and I’d highly recommend this. A few days were very windy and the garden was sheltered from the wind so we could still sunbathe. The rooms were simple, clean and comfortable. We had originally booked bed and breakfast only but ended up upgrading to half board as the food was so good (and we are picky!). As with all resorts, we had a few small ******* - as the hotel is small and boutiquey, there weren’t always a lot of sun loungers but the lifeguard on duty (who was super friendly and kind) was always on hand to help find a sun lounger. Secondly, we didn’t love new guests walking through sun loungers to get to their room. Slightly impacted the otherwise relaxing ambience. Other than those two small things, a wonderful trip.

Great hotel, great staff, some holes in the service. Lovely hotel in lovely location on the back of a huge beach. It is a bit isolated so you need a car to see anything other than the hotel. We had lovely huge room with good facilities and a great view over the beach. But, For £300 per night the reception service was pretty poor. We waited 10 minutes to check in because the trainee staff was incompetent and the other 2 busy. Most of the time there was only 1 staff on duty. A few times I saw no one there at all. Partly because its probably not that big a hotel, but a lot of things referred back to the hotel- book the gym, spa etc, etc. Also the reception ( or other staff) did not take you to the room and it was a long way and a fiddly route via two lifts, especially the first time. Also you walk right through the swimming pool area. a bit poor for a good and quiet hotel. Also no drinks whilst your checking in and it took at least 15 minutes for some reason - nearly as bad as Avis! It would have been nice to be offered a glass of fizz or a beer whilst waiting. Bar: three times we went to the bar after dinner and once left before we were served, as it was so slow and the third time we waited 15 mins. Mostly because there was only one person serving each night. On the last night at least 25-30 people were in the bar, still only one staff. There was a DJ on at 7.30 - 8.30 and no live music Friday but it was advertised in the app, but there was on Saturday. However, pretty underwhelming! It's not a place for lively nightlife, but probably works for its demographic - which was quite mixed age range. This is a place that depends on phone cameras QR codes for all menus/lists. There's no printed info anywhere nor in the room. So services/facilities are hard to discover. ie TV channels. We never saw the manager in 3 days. Surprising for a boutique style hotel. I think it needs some attention. Restaurant and food very good. The entry sign says please wait to be seated but never anybody there to do that! The staff friendly and helpful but over worked. needs more staff especially for showing to tables and taking drinks orders. But it just worked and the food very good. Our block, 4 , had no lift. Well there was a service lift hidden away at the far end of the block. Also to get to our room required 2 or 3 lifts from reception, which was a bit of a pain, given we ended up at roughly the same level we started at! Finally, given the acres of undeveloped space in Fuerteventura, why build a hotel with very little car parking, especially when its way out of town? Overall very good, but some buts.

Very quiet and beautiful place, perfect for relaxing. Hotel is right by the lagoon, nice stay for kitesurfer ;) Also perfect location for long beach walks. The food is very good! Big variety in the morning as well as in the evening. The staff is also very kind, shout out to the chef for very good rice recipe ＜3
