I read the reviews on this hotel before booking so I was thinking it would be just a place to sleep. The rooms are very dated but clean. The pool area was the same and I was really surprised that i didn’t have to fight for a sun lounger. The lack of air-con would 100% be a problem in the summer! You need to keep the window open at night and the resort is quite noisy. Noise was an issue. You could hear when neighbours were awake, walls seemed very, very thin. Definitely bring ear plugs. We went bed and breakfast. I would not recommend it. There was definitely effort made but the food was below average. There is a bar literally outside the hotel that does breakfast which is cheaper and tastes much better. Another irritation was plug placement. I could not use a mirror when tonging my hair as there were no plugs in the bedroom.

Maybe im the exception but I feel some of the review I’ve read are extremely over the top and uncalled for. Arrived at midday and knew the room wouldn’t be ready until 3. Check in took 10 minutes and was advised I could store away my luggage and utilities toilets to get changed so I could use the pool. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a €150 debit/credit card deposit which was no bother as I knew about this beforehand. As I was leaving (Friday) they refunded me the deposit and it was back in my account on the Monday. The pool area is great. Plenty of sun-beds and the pool is spacious. I had no problem in having a swim alongside others. No issues with the lifeguard. He made people feel welcome and saw him kindly interacting with other guests. Yes, inflatables such as rubber rings and inflatable beds are not allowed so bear this in mind if coming with kids. If this is an issue, book elsewhere. Room was basic but I’ve stayed in hotels that were much more basic! I had no issue with the room and found it comfortable. Didn’t have anything to eat so can’t comment on that, but I used the pool bar and the staff were all very kind and smiley. Location was perfect and was only a 10 minute walk to the bars in Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Overall I found this to be a very good hotel and feel some of the reviews I’ve read come across quite extreme. Yes, I can only base this review on my experience but would I stay here again, definitely.

We booked a self catering apartment with no breakfast. The apartment was clean and spotless, receptionists are polite, friendly and very attentive. We loved the view from balcony. Piece of advice check all appliances working conditions. Now you have a TV in, but if you want to watch you will need to get a remote control for €10, if you need a hair dryer it's €3 a day subsequently fan €3 a day. We had 2 sockets in kitchen, non in bedroom. The pool is small and I would agree with other comments about lifeguard, they give you an uneasy impression that you been watched, very unpleasant feeling. The location is very good, we walked everywhere, Siam Park is just about 10 minutes of wall, there are public transport to airport varies of 25 to 35 mins to get there. The bus stop is 2 mins away. The beach is 7 mins of walk and goof, very nice scenery at sunset. The place is ok to stay like 2-3 days. I would stay there for longer holidays or with young children.

This hotel is purely not for children or guests who want to have fun by the pool, we were happy on arrival everything seemed fine fast check in room ok but NO air conditioning.They didn’t ask us for the 150 euro deposit either. However when we used the pool facilities we discovered the rules to be beyond real we witnessed a toddler nearly drownding as they said no inflatables allowed and denied her the use until family ignored which for me was a major safety concern as when you are in trouble they throw a plastic ring in anyway..!! So pool is NO INFLATABLES NO MUSIC NO SPLASHING NO JUMPING IN Basically book a holiday in NORTH KOREA and you’re guaranteed a more funded experience this should never be sold as a child friendly hotel

The hotel itself is clean but could do with being brought into the present century. It is a tad dated but then again the price was reasonable so we can’t complain too much. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the pool area as much as we would have liked as the opening times were very strange. Snacks finish 15.30 and pool area bar closed 16.30. Most people I know like a quiet drink around the pool after a day in town but you can’t do that at this hotel. Overall disappointing but it served its purpose as a place to lay our heads.

Just back from a wonderful two weeks with my husband at this hotel !! .. we absolutely love Servatur Caribe ! Great location , good rooms ,this was are second year there . Plan to go back next year if the price is right . fantastic views ,nice pool vibe .. all the staff were friendly and helpful .. and surprised how quiet at night it was considering where it is .we where on sixth floor . Highly recommended!! Many thanks

I stayed her my mother and my 10year old son, and the time night we stayed in this hotel 7th floor , forst night we had a cockcroah we couldn't sleep was so hot, no air con, which I think they need upgrade our beds didn't get clean bedding all week they only made our beds up, we also got charge £150 deposit for damages, which is disgusting.. Also breakfast was OK but felt like they couldn't change it up each day instead same breakfast all week. Also my son was not allowed no floats in the water which kids like to do!
