Hotel Riu Palace Tenerife

酒店是無敵海景，特別是餐廳特別漂亮，但是酒店不適合親子，kids club 都沒有，餐食還不錯！草坪也很漂亮！

Best things about this hotel, and there are many ... views from the main bar & restaurant - simply lovely! Bar & restaurant staff - friendly,quick & professional. Cleanliness of bedrooms and all public areas is super. Location great - a short walk to a couple of bars & restaurants. Easy walk to La Caleta when turn right out of promenade entrance, turn left to Costa Adeje and Fanabe. Food is very good. We especially enjoyed the Spanish speciality restaurant ( we weren't going to bother as had been disappointed at a different RIU Palace) but everything about this was fab! The hotel delivered a fantastic New Years Eve from the additional decorations, to the super food, complimentary wines plus the traditional 'cava and grapes' for midnight! The public firework display made it even more memorable with the views from the terrace. If you were still hungry there was even a midnight supper. Our room was on floor 2 so we had a garden / slight sea view. Sun was on our balcony most of the day. On to what disappointed us.... we did report a couple of problems in our room. We only had 2 plugs in the room (1 by bed & 1 for kettle). The USB points were damaged and would not charge. There is 1 plug point in bathroom also. Reported to reception said aware of problem and nothing can do. Thru the week the wifi router in our room started making strange buzzing / clicking noises. Reported to reception seemed disinterested and nothing got fixed. We had a bad experience when we hired eBikes for 2 days. Checked with reception the day before and asked would we be able to store them in the ground floor luggage room overnight and charge them. We were told yes. eBikes duly delivered and a great day as we ventured out to Los Cristianos, Palm Mar and back. On return to hotel a receptionist came over and started speaking to us in a raised voice / very stern manner, 'what were we doing'? who had said we could'? 'luggage room would be full tomorrow'. Told to lock the eBikes up outside. The bike stand isn't bolted to the floor so you could easily steal a bike. Our 2nd day we had planned to ride to Playa Paraiso and Hard Rock hotel to have a look a round but with the hills, as we couldn't charge the bikes, we were doubtful our batteries would have got us there and back. Unfortunately the 'dour' reception staff is a memory that will stick with us. Finally, and not really the hotels fault the hotel did get busier the closer we got to New Year. Much reserving of sunbeds and empty for long periods - see typical photo.

We had a lovely holiday at this hotel, the staff are faultless and very friendly. The food was excellent. Grounds and hotel very clean. They clean this hotel all day. Superb. Will be back.

The RUI makes for a very enjoyable stay, the hotel itself is modern clean and has plenty of facilities and the food is really good, if you've ever been on a decent cruise, similar standard and layout. There are a couple of things though that are a bit annoying; the service in the restaurants can be frustratingly slow at times, the beds are very uncomfortable also 2 singles pushed together. PS very popular hotel with the Germans so if you want a front spot around the adult only pool, be prepared to be up at 7am!

This was our 5th visit to this hotel. Hotel location and staff at all levels are excellent. Some food disappointed for the first time although Krystal and the Spanish speciality restaurants are really good.

This was our first stay in a RIU Palace hotel. It was amazing from start to finish. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. From cleaning staff, bar staff, dining staff and reception, they would all say hello and welcome you. The room was excellent, larger than other Riu hotels we have stayed in, plus a very large bathroom. The house keeping staff were excellent, they actually come into the room again in the evening to refresh the towels if needed, and put the bed side lights on. The pools and gardens were excellent, we rarely wanted a sun lounger until the afternoon, there was never any problems finding beds. The food and choice was simply 1st class. Just so much to choose from every day. 100% recommend this hotel and would be out first choice if we return to Tenerife.

Brilliant stay, this was our 5th visit. Love the RIU Palace for its staff, cleanliness, food and location. It’s attention to detail is next to none and look forward returning later in the year.

We enjoyed a week here in a comfortable room in April. Staff were brilliant when my wife had a few problems including chefs and the kitchen team. Food was generally good buffet style with options to eat inside or out. Shared spaces like pool, reception etc were spotless and polished. Good entertainment and attentive bar staff.
