Excellent location! Stay was wonderful from check in to check out and we finally found a hotel where the shower pressure is excellent AND it has hot water... most have one or the other. Slept so wonderful in the king size bed and the room size was HUGE. This will be our go to hotel int he future!

This was our first stay, it’s a beautiful place. But we picked this room for our 2 night trip thinking we would have a kitchen to save money on eating out. It has a dishwasher a fridge coffee maker sink and fully equipped with dishes but no stove. They could not locate the hot plate or whatever it is they have. We did get a skillet where we could use the grill outside to cook but it was cold and raining so did not. The fire pit did not work on patio. The nice long haired gentleman tried his best. And the AC in the room was horrible. It went off and on all night and we woke up sweating both nights even with the fan they provided us and it was 60 degrees outside. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the smell was disgusting. The breakfast was very good only thing we enjoyed. But will not be back.

Great hotel. Sparkling clean. Great service. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very spacious rooms. With lots of storage room.
Kitchenette with microwave and actual normal size fridge. Very nice gym with all new equipment. Swimming pool area nice and tidy. Grills clean.

A great stay for overnight with the family for soccer games. The room and bathroom was clean. There were some people on our floor with extremely loud music and the fire alarm went off at 0300am. The pool wasn't very clean unfortunately. I would recommend not making it so easy to reach the gas dial in the pool area because of children.

The rooms were very spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was good. The price was fair. My only change would be install EV chargers.

Things I liked:
- Safe
- Location. Great for the beach, mall, restaurants, etc…
- Great customer service.
- AC was cold and the shower pressure was nice.
- Comfortable beds.
What I didn’t like:
- Smell in room. Smelled like a wet towel. Bad whiff every time we entered.
- Phone in room would work then wouldn’t work. Tad bit frustrating.
- Noisy. Not really the hotels fault, but the people next to us were super loud. Their kid kept banging on the walls late at night. Was very irritating especially how exhausted we were after long days.
- Also, asked for a top floor when booked. Even called to verify. When I got there, they already booked the floor. Not a big issue but an issue nonetheless.
