Weve been staying here for past 15 yrs. Have seen management change several times. While it was clean, the mattresses had been replaced along with new platform beds. They are awful!! The platform is some kind of metal and when you move (even light toss) it makes it sound like thunder. The mattresses are unbearably uncomfortable. Despite great location, breakfast and our loyalty, we are unlikely to choose them for some time.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was a full array of items. The ONLY complaint I have is the lack of hot water in my rooms at the end of the hallway. It ran for 10 minutes and was still tepid.

The Showers barely had any water flowing thru them.
I never thought I can run out of pillow, but I did. The pillows are really like seat cushions rather than proper pillows. Woke me up a couple times when I ran out of it.

Property was recently remodeled but tile is coming off in room and hallways, wallpaper is coming off wall and paint in rooms is noticeably uneven. Housekeeping will nock on door well before checkout even with do not disturb hanger.

Really nice, safe, well lit property. Safety mechanisms on the door at night. Front desk receptionists were super nice and helpful. Food was good. The room was really nice and had everything I needed. Absolutely will stay here again.
