Everything was good except the AC unit was very loud and it takes about 20 wait for the eggs to be ready in the morning.

We love this hotel. I was disappointed to learn that they don’t have the waffle maker for breakfast in the mornings. I can hope they will bring it back.

I have stayed here many times in the past and this time was different. I did not get a king with sofa that I booked online. I received a king and full size bed instead which made it crowded. The front staff wasn’t as welcoming as the ones in the past. I was charged $4.19 for parking!? That’s never happened. Also breakfast was not the same. It was not set out on time and food was cold. No waffles. Definitely not going to return

The service is good. The lady who serves breakfast is very kind and friendly. There are 2 lamps do not work in the room because they don't have right light bulbs. It's not bright enough in the nighttime.

This was a nice clean place. However…there is a weird smell on the main level. Almost musty? Also the hallways are not air conditioned. And The thermometer in my room was set to the lowest setting but it was still warmer than what I prefer. The pool is smaller but nice. The breakfast was good but it doesn’t change. Same thing every day. The lady serving it was super nice!

We stayed two nights. The first night, we got in late wife went to bed. I turned on that TV, after about 30 minutes in to the move. I saw a cockroach crawling on the wall above the TV. It crawled near the sprinkler on the wall and disappeared.
I was not sure where it went, I made sure that drink lid was shut, hoping it didn’t fall in. It was the only one I saw the whole time, but where you see one their are more.
We stayed on the 4 floor, so not near the food place down stairs.
