Everything went well. However, the hotel is far from the center of milan and it takes about an hour by public transport (3 transfers by bus) to get there. Employees very nice, helpful, with knowledge of English. The hotel is clean.

The overall decoration style of the hotel is relatively old, with a lot of wooden furniture, the elevator door is relatively small. The room layout is more home style, the space is relatively large. The service staff is more enthusiastic. The location is a bit biased but the hotel can help you call a taxi.

On a trans Alps rod trip we needed a place to overnight near Milan. This is a new modern property with excellent facilities. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool and also had an excellent evening meal in the outdoor restaurant. Parking is in a basement under the hotel with large car spaces and lif access from here to all floors. (EURO 10 extra for the underground parking) but was worth it. We paid a modest amount extra (Euro 25?) for a junior suite and this was definitely worth it (larger room and Waterjet large bath tub). I would certainly stay here again if in the area.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. They did omit to notify us about the early breakfast they offer upon check-in, so make sure you ask about this if you have an early flight. They do also let you take drinks from the bar up to your room. Location and Travel Be aware of how far away the hotel is from Milan. From Duomo, you'll need to get on the red line (M1) towards RHO and get off at Lampugnano. The last bus from Lampugnano leaves at 20:00 back to Lainate. You will then need to get the 617 bus which drops you off outside Lidl and Maccies near the hotel. This is obviously not ideal if you want to spend the evening in Milan. We arrived during a national taxi strike which made the trip much more stressful. While this is not the hotel's fault, a heads up from the hotel would have been nice about traveling to and from Milan central. We were stranded in Milan on the first day, we called the hotel and they told us to try and get an Uber. The uber was 144 euros which we reluctantly paid. The car never showed up so we called back the hotel and they stopped answering our phone calls. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, feeling confident we knew the route to and from the hotel, we double-checked with the hotel, and unfortunately, we were not made aware of when the last bus is. On our second day, we were stranded in Milan again. Luckily we met two other people at the last subway station who had also done the Wowcher holiday and they managed to get in touch with the hotel to arrange a private taxi back to the hotel. As there was a strike going on at the time, the fare was 55 euros from Rho subway station to the hotel, which is roughly a 10/15 minute drive. Again this is not the hotel's fault but it is something to be aware of. Another thing to be aware of when using the subway is that the tickets are only valid for 90 minutes, and there are plain-clothed officers waiting in the subway stations to catch people out. So make sure you always have a ticket with enough time left on it to get all the way back to the hotel. Breakfast We were allocated this Hotel from Wowcher, and we were told to pay £40 for the bed and breakfast, which was fine until we realised we couldn't get breakfast on the 2nd day as we had to leave the hotel at 4 am. Essentially meaning we paid £40 for one breakfast between the two of us. We have had no joy in getting a refund for the second day's breakfast from the hotel which is the primary reason for leaving a review. The hotel in my opinion is perfect for people who do not want to spend evenings in Milan or who have a car. If neither of these applies to you, I would highly recommend looking for a hotel closer to the center of Milan.

They were knowledgeable about the local area and were able to provide recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The room at the NH Rho Fiera Milano Hotel was comfortable and well-appointed. It was evident that the hotel paid attention to detail in ensuring a pleasant stay for its guests. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after a busy day at the exhibition. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were of good quality. The hotel offered a variety of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar. The breakfast buffet provided a wide range of choices, catering to different tastes and dietary requirements. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly. Purtroppo non ho avuto modo di soggiornare nell'Hotel in quanto la riunione programmata è stata annullata, ma l'hotel non ha perso l'occasione di dimostrare la sua disponibilità e il proprio grado di servizio al cliente che è risultata pari a zero. il sottoscritto non appena saputo dello spostamento della riunione e scaduto il termine per l'annullamento, ho chiamato chiedendo se era possibile spostare ad altra data visto che ormai avevo pagato. La risposta disarmante è stata ”deve chiedere a Booking”...detto fatto, e il messaggio di booking è stato.. ”caro cliente attendi che giriamo la richiesta all'Hotel”. Non era meno ipocrita anzichè nascondersi dietro il paravento del portale dichiarare immediatamente il rifiuto?????? Mi auguro che possiate usare bene i 67€ pagati!!

Disgusting with every sense of the word. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. The whole stay was a disaster. My worst stay in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Let’s start with housekeeping. The first room had a spider in the bathroom. When I changed the room, the second room had insects on the walls. I literally checked out and went to the airport 4 hours prior to my flight just to get away from the hotel. I?m willing to bet that most rooms are this dirty since both rooms I?ve been in were disgusting. Let’s talk about disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I understand that the staff might not be fluent in English, but they MUST have the decency, willingness and patience to help customers understand what they are saying. I called room service twice, and when they had a hard time explaining things to me, they guy said something in Italian and then hung up. RUDE. VERY RUDE. I literally had to call a third time and tell him not to hang up and slowly try to explain to me where my food is and how long is it going to take. It can?t be that a customer is willing and has more patience than the staff. Finally, the room service menu was very light. Needs more option. Literally they only had one pizza, fries, soup I think and maybe one other option. I have never been to a hotel where they didn?t have at least a burger option and a club sandwich option. But compared to my first two points, this one seems less important right now. I will DEFINITELY NEVER be coming back to stay at this hotel.

Very nice hitel. We had a room in the first floor. Excellent breakfast. Staff extremelly welcomming. Big room with nice bathroom . Very good wi fi. Room was very clean. Parking in place. Very near to main route. Very quiet area. Elevator from parking to the room

The bedroom is almost the same as the other, but there is a small room other than the shower room, there is a small kitchen and a round table, and it was very important because small things can be placed. There is also a elevator on the left and right ２ machines in a large hotel with a semicircular diameter. But there was no room number of my own because the hotel room number was not lined up in order, and when I asked the front desk, it was in the back. It's the first time that the room number is so difficult to understand. I recommend looking for it slowly
