Apartments by Brøchner Hotels

I want to be positive. This is a great location with lots of nearby bars and restaurants. Nice bar and meeting area. Short walk from station, close to Tivoli. Our room booked for 3 only had bedding for 2. The floor was unswept. This was quickly sorted with a smile. But the sink in the bathroom was blocked . We were told maintenance would come next day … we understood.. it was a public holiday. But pint never came… so I did it myself… scooping the previous guests’ hairs and other bodily parts from the plughole. Ugh!! Otherwise a very small apartment… kitchen facilities tiny! … and only 2 forks for 3 guests…. But loads of knives….. A little care and this would be a good place to stay

A really good location with a reasonable price! The room was big and airy with a modern bathroom and kitchen. The room had a big TV with the opportunity to cast from your phone (unfortunately Netflix did'nt work) Some of the drawbacks for the hotel includes; - Not leaving enough information regarding the room and rules. I tried finding things like late checkout, cleaning days (had no "do not disturb" door thingy), how wifi works, what they expect on checkout (doing dishes, emptying garbage and such). - Room being dirty in some places (if barefoot the feet got dirty, a weird stain on the carpet by the bed, and the sink got clogged at times). - No info in the hotel bar regarding pricing (at least what I saw) - Room keycards had a QR code linking to a app to use the phone as a key, that did'nt work. - Breakfast was insanely extensive, so we skipped that. - The couch in kitchen and living room had an outdated style, they looked taken from a 70s house which did'nt really match the allround design. - No lighting directed for the wardrobe, so it was nearly impossible to find anything in there As a conclusion I was happy with my stay, but there's room for improvements to feel safe as a guest.

Cleaning only twice a week is good if well made bit it wasn't the case. So it vould have been cleaner.

Room: 6 nights. We opted for a studio and it did not disappoint. Our 3rd floor room was compact and had a beautiful window looking over the street. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the world go by. We usually book apartments as we often cook one or two nights. However, we didn’t use the cook at all on this trip - great, reasonably priced restaurants all over Copenhagen!! Room had everything you would need: drip coffee (small amount of coffee and tea provided), kettle, pots, pans, plates, glasses, knives, etc.. Iron, ironing board, fan, table + 2 chairs. Slept well. Rom cleaned on the 4th day (although we could get towels whenever we needed from the hotel). No noise whatsoever. Food: Happy hour is wonderful (5-6pm). We enjoyed some wine and recapping our day each evening in the hotel lobby. There are many seating areas and a nice fireplace. One night we came back late enough for nightcap (10-11pm). Also delightful. Both are included in the price. We opted to include breakfast in our rate. Breakfast was very filling and many days we had only a small snack midday because we were still full. Juices, cava, yogurts, cereals, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, bread, cheese and of course coffee. Food is prepared and set out in a buffet type line of portioned small jars and you take what you want. High quality and very good. Also - the little Osteria La Baracca that you will pass every time you walk between the apartments and the hotel is amazing and worth the price. Franco will take care of you. Location: Awesome! Close to metro/bus. We took the metro from the airport to Rådhuspladsen (one transfer) and walked about 4 min to the apartments. On the way back to the airport we used the Nørreport station (8 min walk and direct to airport). We also used Nørreport station to go to the Louisiana Art Museum (must see). We walked everywhere. Note: We booked direct and the price was quite a bit lower than online booking websites. Worth checking out. I’d attach photos but my photos look like the photos on the website. Note 2: Check-in is at the SP34 Hotel around the corner.

Great apartment, in a good location. Easy walking distance to everything and close proximity to Norreport Ststion. A bit noisy at night with a very busy intersection below.

Overall not bad but hard to find where to check in. Fridge stopped working and our food went bad. Otherwise decent place to stay.

Stayed in the apartments...wonderful staff, close to everything and happy hour was perfect. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, the rooms are super stylish, and the common areas are very pleasant to hang out in – especially during complementary wine hour and nightcap hour. It’s hard to find places in the city with cooking facilities, and the apartments here have well-equipped kitchens that make it easy to save a few Krone in-between meals at Copenhagen’s many wonderful restaurants. Loved the breakfasts – the servers were so kind and friendly. Room for improvement… Cleaning could have been better – there was a used cotton bud and dirty tissue in the hallway on our floor for more than a day.

My wife and I spent a week in Copenhagen and stayed in an apartment at SP34, easy walking distance from the city's main attractions. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the SP34 staff were wonderful in anticipating our every need. If we have the good fortune to visit Copenhagen in the future, we will definitely be staying at SP34.
