Property is beautiful. Room was tiny but functional. I took away some stars because the table in the room was very dirty as though the housekeeping service hadn’t touched it in quite a while. The shower grout and curtain had quite a bit of mold in it and could use an update. It was a charming old room and with a little TLC would be excellent. In the evening I couldn’t find anyone at reception when I needed something, thus the negative stars on the service. William was very charming and helpful when I saw him. I believe he’s the new owner and this is a very promising property.

Brilliant location, lovely architecture, well proportioned room, good towels, nice breakfast but sense the team here have run out of steam. Room carpet not clean at edges and curtain hanging on some rings. Swimming pool still had yesterday’s coffee cups by the side etc. All easy to fix but felt it needs a bit more enthusiasm, love and attention. Staff pleasant.

Nice Hotel, with simple but good breakfast (fresh bread), a nice pool and close to restaurants etc.The air condition worked as it should in the rooms which was important for us. The hotel was perhaps a bit undermanned, but this did not case any challenges for us.

This is a great boutique hotel. Humble but elegant. The owner went out of his way to have vegan breakfast options for me and there is a delightful vegan restaurant down the street. Ideally located just steps away from the giant cathedral and in the old town with all the cute bars and restaurants nearby. The owner recommended a pizza place for dinner that was great as well but make a reservation. Would definitely stay again- the windows and light are magic.

Stayed two nights for a quick trip. Lovely villa. Room was one of the smaller ones available but comfortable enough on my own. Great location in the centre of town. The owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The patron was superb. The stay was restful. Service was attentive and unobtrusive. Petit déjeuner was very good with a complete selection. We felt we received special attention. A friendly stay in Condom.

This is my second stay at this beautiful historic hotel. The attention to detail, kind service and delicious breakfast is one of my favourite! Highly recommend.

As we drove up to the hotel… my first comment was … let’s move on … the shutters on the hotel were peeling paint…
My husband says it’s the back of the hotel … let’s go in the front. We walked in and the sole human, owner/greeter/staff, asked our name and we introduced ourselves. He said “yes … you have room 2” . And as if hypnotized … I went to room 2 .. it was still daylight. It wasn’t bad. We checked in. Went out on the town… which was a sad town. Came back .. and back into room 2 down a dark hallway with no light. The bathroom had been redecorated and was quite nice. At night we noticed that the curtains were sheer and anyone across our window could see in. My husband opened the window and closed the shutters which were shedding peeling paint.. if it weren’t that late in the evening… I’d have packed up and left… I should have -
Should have left my $100 and moved on to a more acceptable location.
WHY IS THIS ON ******* LIST… go check out this ridiculous Bates Hotel AKA Trois Lys before you recommend it to travelers.

We stayed three nights while in the area for a family wedding. The host was very welcoming. The room was large,clean and quiet. The bathroom has both a large bath and a shower. The bed was comfortable. We had lunch when we arrived in the courtyard at the front. My wife and daughter enjoyed the pool. The off street secure parking was a bonus. As my wife said "I would recommend this hotel to anyone".
