The property needs some upkeep. Upon arrival, had some issues with our door. After numerous attempts from maintenance on the day of arrival and the morning after until almost one in the afternoon, we were finally moved to another room. Once moved, reported an issue with a light being out for the next three days until it was fixed. Would have been nice to be able to have pool towels for a later time in the evening. Staff was very nice. Beach extremely crowded. Pools very nice and plenty of chairs to use. Overall, good but not exceptional. Lots of fees that were not explained when booking. It states that all fees were paid when booking but had many, many more.

Its a nice hotel but there should be housecleaning included at least. Also the room was clean byt the mirrors, glass doors and shower box had lots of stains.

This hotel could easily recieve a five star rating with attention to a few details, mechanical issues and decor improvements. We booked a stay for five days to attend a wedding. Overall we enjoyed our stay despite a few minor inconveniences. The great location and ocean view room helped us overlook deficiencies. When returning to Puerto Rico, we will most likely choose a more upgraded, adult friendly hotel.
