thy detailsWe stayed a night, in our room the toilet would not flush properly. This was late at night when we came back to realize this. I called front desk and was told they had a plunger and to plunge it ourselves. That was in unexceptionable. Once I came downstairs and spoke face to face. They changed our room after telling us on the phone they were full. The next morning I can down and explained the issue to the front desk where I was told would be compensated for the stay. A few days later I didn’t see the refund. I called and spoke to the manager who was incredibly rude. He told me basically I was lying and he will not honor that refund. But will offer me a half off stay. Once I continue to ask him why would I call about a refund if it was not offered. He became even more rude and told me, the half stay if no longer an option and I should just stay someplace else. The manager was rude and nasty, when I was not that way to him. Confused! If your stuff messed up why am I being punished and talked to like I wasn’t a customer.

The room and the staff were amazing. Great location- close to restaurants and shopping centers. No complaints

Housekeeping did not clean room after 1st night-bed was not made, clean towels, cups, toilet paper, Kleenex not provided. Night front desk clerk was unpleasant and disinterested in guest needs.

Inadequate bedcovers, chilly all night so had to crank the heat which made the air very very dry. Evening staff was wonderful especially Perry. He tried to make our stay as wonderful as it could be. Accommodations here were quite adequate but bare bones.

I liked the location,it is near everything you need.I did not like the appearance of the refrigerator and microwave, they both looked beat up with the refrigerator having an excessive amount of frost in it.

The property was no where near as nice as the pictures. The showers were grimy. There was hair left over from previous guests, sheets had holes, weird stains on the bathroom wall, weird stains on the furniture, etc. Housekeeping was horrible. I switched rooms three times, and even the last room was bad. I was stuck with it because it was so late and I did not have time to find anything else. The front desk said that they just “aren’t clean enough” for me, after I advised him of these things and even showed pictures. There was even a banner left up from previous guests in a room that was supposed to be clean/ready.

Very neat and clean. Recently renovated. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Would definetly stay here again.

Most all hotels have begun charging exorbitant rates for individual food items at breakfast (much like a restaurant) which is cost prohibiting to the consumer but because they have you ‘captive’ they are able to take advantage while not entirely being upfront on these additional expenses. We all have to eat, right?? Well, having said that, this hotel had a true Continental Breakfast provided at no additional cost to the customer!! Rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. You will enjoy your stay!! Thanks to the staff for the great upkeep and ongoing work they do to continue the accommodating environment here.

The staff was polite and helpful. The room met my expectations. I was very pleased overall. I was able to get where i needed to get to fairlh easily usign ride share services. My stay was pleasant.
