Was not what we were expecting with the rating this hotel had. The room was a bit tight, smaller than a typical hotel room. No closet just a rack along the wall covered by a curtain. Dirty blanket, had stains, so removed it off the bed. In the bathroom, Tub plug left on the soap rack and the toilet overflowed. Not a great experience. The staff was resonanly nice and helpful, just took over an hour to have the toilet addressed. Glad it was just an overnight stay. Probably not going to stay at an Hampton Inn again.

we were disappointed that our room was not cleaned/towels changed as we expected. we did not leave notice NOT to do so, so we expected this would be done during the day, while we were away.
it was also aggravating to have an $8.28 "Parking Recapture Fee" tacked onto our bill unexpectedly. Otherwise, this hotel was fine and convenient for our trip.

As i received my room key, i opened the door to my room and it was occupied by someone else. I returned to the front desk and they gave me a key to another room that was unoccupied.

The bathroom tub had visible mold/mildew. The mattress was terrible. This is the worse Hampton inn I have stayed in. And I like Hampton Inn.

The hotel was a $130 quality hotel, with a $175 dollar price tag. Very disappointing.

This hotel is in a great location. The beds were quite hard-several of my
Friends stayed there and we all said that same -the bed was uncomfortable. The carpets in my room felt dirty and the room smelled of cigarettes. On check-in, the clerk came from behind the desk-eating something. She kept chewing and talking. It was less than professional.

The hotel and the staff are wonderful. Was VERY disappointed with *******. I prepaid for my room and have a paid receipt. On check in the hotel rep told me there was a problem with *******'s credit card. Called ******* and they called the hotel. Plan was to connect us to the ******* credit card department. I then told the ******* rep to refund my money and I would pay direct to the hotel. The ******* rep had planned on us canceling the reservation to do the refund. I told them this wasn't an option because I wouldn't be able to get the same rate at the hotel and I didn't intend to pay more than I had already paid through *******. Fortunately the hotel rep called his manager at home and explained the situation. The manager told him to go ahead and check me in and that he would take care of the issue with ******* in the morning.
The hotel rep was very helpful and courteous. Went out of his way to try to help. The problem was fully *******'s problem. Next time I intend to book directly with the hotel and skip *******, even if it costs me more.

I reserved a room with a king and sofa bed. Was given a king room. Was told the sofa bed room was unavailable. When we entered the room. There was trash on the floor. A straw and torn bits of paper. I asked the staff to remove the straw as I didn't want to touch it myself. I picked up the paper and threw them away. The tables in the eating area were dirty. They needed to be cleaned after each use..
