就意大利的酒店來説算是中上水平了，在科莫也屬於性價比較高的（旅遊城市），美中不足是沒有湖景。但優點在位置安靜，服務周到，早餐優秀，房間整潔。

We arrived after a long journey to a delightful welcome from the friendly hotel staff. Instantly revived when we were offered a glass off Prosecco; as sparkling as the lights that lined our walk through Como. This charming modern boutique hotel doesn’t disappoint. On a quiet street in heart of Como everything you need to see is a shot walk away. Table service the breakfast buffet made us feel very looked after. The fresh pastries are highly recommended. Buon Natale Avenue Hotel! We’ll see you next year! J🎄

Had such an amazing stay at Avenue!! Lovely rooms with all the comfort you need with decorative details of the ancient city center. Super clean, very friendly service and spacious bathroom. On top of the stay the breakfast is served with home made delicacies and fresh products of all kinds. Highly recommend the deluxe room for your stay, also the location is perfect in the heart of Como!

WOW and WOW don’t look any further this is the BEST place to stay in Como. We stayed here for 3 nights and were able to see all of Como. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special. The rooms are clean, new and beds very comfortable

It was July and in the middle of old Como, so the price was high.
The Deluxe Double Room was small and it had the smallest hotel fridge I have ever seen, but the bed was very comfortable, it had a good bathroom and very efficient AC.
Very friendly service and good breakfast.
I recommend it.

Great location. An easy walk from the train station and in the heart of the city.
I didn’t like the smell of the room. The room was very clean though it had a septic smell.
