Clarion Hotel Real Tegucigalpa

El hotel es muy lindo y cómodo, me gusta que tiene bar accesible para la noche! El desayuno excelente. Como sugerencias deberían adecuar los televisores para ver Netflix con nuestras cuentas ya que es lo de ahora.

衞生一般，特別是衞生間；衞生間坐便器沖水有故障，一直沖水ing，設施較為老舊；房間隔音效果不好，早上被吵醒。

設施一般！服務很好！

The main point of this review is going to be my introduction to this hotel. I was there with my girlfriend, getting ready to leave for vacation the next day. I go to check in and they say that I had not paid for my room. I show them the receipt and my own personal bank account that matched the exact amount of money taken out for the hotel. Even with this, they continually told me that I had not paid. It took about 20 to 25 minutes of standing my ground on the subject before one of them came back and basically just gave me the room key. It was ridiculous. I have felt it many times while being overseas, but I will tell you that it really felt like that I was again trying to be scammed because I was American. Even if this was not the case, instead of insisting that I am wrong, try and look at the literal proof of payment right in front of your eyes. After I got done with this frustrating moment, I was given a room key to the 8th floor. I walk over to the elevator. I wait and wait and then a crowd starts to form. The elevator was broken. So, I asked if I could use the stairs and then was told you can only use the stairs with guided access but that only 10 people could go at a time. So, I spent about 1 hr or more just trying to check in and get to my room. The only reason that I don't give this place 1 star is because the room, restaurant, and pool area was actually quite nice. I am purely giving a negative review only based on the fact of the terrible service that I was met with coming into the hotel. This being said, for the money that I spent to be in this hotel, I will surely suggest to you that you find an airbnb in the surrounding area. Unless you wish to have the hotel experience (aka breakfast) I do not recommend coming here.

Stayex for a buisness trip Old and clean Gym falling apart without airconditioning When i asked for a tomato at breakfast i was told it is with extra payment Impossible to pay the bill the night before Towels are old and grey Coffee maker in the room but only one coffee capsule given The do give a bottle of water each day Impossible internet connection. Had to call tje front desk several times and get different activation codes

This is our second time at this hotel. The service is consistently great. Yolani at the restaurant is always so attentive, kind and helpful. I’m glad the restaurant has staff like her working for them. Excellent service all around!

The restaurant is great. The waiters are awesome. Yolani and Rosalina has great customer service and was always very welcoming. Jose the supervisor is so welcoming and is always in such great spirits. The stay has been amazing and I will recommend it to anyone seeking a good experience.

We stayed at another very nice hotel across town and then came here to finish our vacation. This was our favorite hotel because the staff was very friendly, especially the restaurant staff. A guy named Jeyson was there every morning making sure service was A+. We hope to go back on our next trip. If you want to relax at the hotel this is an especially nice place because of pool and poolside sitting area and restaurant.
