Eo Suite Hotel Jardin Dorado

Tristemente no lo voy a recomendar No ha estado a la altura de suites 4 estrellas ni por asomo !! Lo dejaría en 3 llaves. Habitación deteriorada ,sucia,rodapies rotos, tapa del bater rota,griferia en mal estado ,se sale al agua del plato de ducha por la mampara,nos quedamos con el tirador de la puerta en la mano ,minibar? Una nevera que no enfría y ni vasos para tomar agua,te mandan a pedirlo a los camareros que se enfadan porque no tienen material para trabajar. etc ..etc ..zonas comunes sucias,personal estresado porque no había para cubrir el trabajo de tanta gente,comedor sucio ,los camareros atinenten como pueden, la piscina muy ruidosa de niños,"tranquilidad mínima" El Spa son 3 chorros en la piscina. Hotel suites 4 estrellas muy lejos de la realidad . (Los empleados hacen su trabajo ,pero mal porque están desbordados)valoren eso ! Lo siento JARDÍN DORADO NO ESTÁIS A LA ALTURA DE LO QUE PRESENTÁIS.

Maravilloso todo, el lugar, su increíble personal siempre atento y simpático. Las instalaciones son del 10 y la piscina es realmente buena, con zona de spa y chorros. Destacar su variado bufett y muy rico todo. Volvemos siempre que podemos. GRACIAS!

Had a lovely relaxing week at this resort. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable and fresh towels were provided daily. Food is fresh and plentiful with certain dishes cooked fresh e.g omelettes, pancakes at breakfast or steak and chicken at lunchtime or dinner. Drinks were varied with lovely cocktails provided as part of the all inclusive package. There was a singer on for three nights of the week we stayed and this usually finished by 11pm. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The pool is large and has a shallow area for children, a main pool and a spa pool which includes a jacuzzi and water massage fountains which was definitely warm enough even in April. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a plesant stay during the first week in April at this resort. The food was good, lots of vegetables, meat and fish. Could be more potatoes. The scenery around the pool is beautiful with palm trees, flowers and birds singing. The music blasting from the bar was stressful and annoying. The first half of the week I would say the majority of guests was between 40-70 years old. I cant imagine this group would appreciate this kind of music. We tried to find a place as far away from the bar as possible. Besides the crappy music - it was a wonderful place. The service was good and everybody did their best to make our stay pleasant.

A lovely garden with small bungalows and the area around the rooms are well kept, tidy and they did a good work. The rest is shambles. Key to room wasn’t working so had to get a key for a half broken lock. Sofa bed wasn’t made for our daughter and when asked I had to wait til later as housekeeping were busy. Wifi didn’t work, called maintenance several times in the end they avoided us. Room is tired, dated and worn. Run out of hot water and beds extremely uncomfortable. Pool area is good and plenty of beds. One bar serving the pool and rest and unless you want plastic cups with your meal you have to go to bar and balance your drinks back to the tables. Beer served in wine glasses as they only had 4 beer glasses apparently. No bottle water, they fill a 10 L bottle water in a tank and chilling it with ice(tap water I assume) and you have to fill your bottles up from that tap. Unhygienic as people drink from bottles and then using that bottle by the tap. Was told by tour operator that was for environmental reason and reduce plastic! Ice cream and desserts are all served in disposable plastic pots mind so makes NO SENSE! Food standards are appalling, school dinners. Salads are basic and compound salads are basically left overs. Desserts are dry cake and jelly! All veg are frozen and heated, Brussel sprouts and broccoli for breakfast. Scrambled eggs are dried, sausages are in water, Mash potato is brown. Chips and pasta for lunch and dinner and that’s on a good day. Bar run out of cava on day 6, no butter for 2 days. We were given cream cheese one day and a big block of margarine one day. No staff replenished in the rest you constantly had to ask them if they had any more. Nothing on offer for a vegetarian unless you eat hash brown and deep fried cauliflower or boiled veg! Confronted the operator who told me to speak to reception about the standards and what I would like, no ownership! Biggest problem is that this hotel gets all food delivered from their other nearby hotel and no coming on site apart from chips and fried chicken (which is fried so hard you can’t cut it let along chew) This is clearly a hotel that the untrained cooks were left to run. It’s so remote and looked in by the golf course, and takes 50 min to walk to beach, although there is a shuttle a few times a day. Taxi around €7. Pool towels are worn and they take a deposit €10/towel (in a all incl resort!!) Safe is with a key they you have to rent per day, and they take a deposit for that as well.

Great staff! Nice, problem solving receptionists. Pavlina, Moana and others. 👍 Always helpful, trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Fresh food. Perfect hotel for a relaxing stay, but not for partying. Maybe not as popular among teenagers.

Couldn't wish for better. We went bed and breakfast and had a few of the evening meals. All food was fantastic,as were the rooms. Such pleasant attentive staff. I wish we had such service back in the UK. Only gripe is,I could have done without Maria Carey blasting out her Chris**as song during breakfast.

Currently staying in this small resort which appealed to us as the reviews stayed it was quiet lacking entertainment. We don't need entertainment and prefer quiet holiday environment to read relax and sleep well. we return home on a couple of days and all I can say is that this is the most relaxing place we have ever stayed in the canary Islands. From checking in, Mona the receptionist made the checking in process swift flawless and stress free. Amazing! We asked for a kettle amd extra pilows both appeared in our room 232 in a flash. The pool area is quiet no loud pool music- bliss! Plenty of sunloungers no need whatsoever to get up early to reserve a lounger! Wow! revolutionary! So stress free. All 114 bungalows are comfortable small private terrace with table and chairs. Beautifully manicured gardens walkways. Only disappoin**ent the poorly equipped gym area. Broken items no mats to lay on to stretch. Overall I would say this resort is 3* in the measures people look at but the peaceful environment would make it 5* in my opinion. No shower hats so bring one if you need one!

We spent here a really nice week. This hotel is very nice. Clean and huge room, in nice environment. Very good breakfast and dinner, nice pool, jacuzzi . At weekend live music. Staff kind and friendly. We will be back for sure. Definitely recommend it.
