"A return visit for us and as I have previously stated and are of a normal disposition and not one of life's discontent and of course allowing for issues that can arise from time to time the Red Level in Alcala is a simply marvellous hotel. The associates that work there are fantastic and give there all to make your stay as enjoyable as they can.I don't like heaping praise on individuals as the team are fantastic but Dean and Vero excell in friendly professionalism, Mario,Lucas,Denis and Jose excell at front of house. Moha, what can I say about Moha, simply a wonderful human being. Lorenzo and his team especially Janette have demanding jobs in the restaurants but somehow always manage to spent a little time to make sure you feel appreciated. To all of you and even those who have moved to other parts of the hotel ( Ronald and who could ever forget Lucy) our thanks go out to you. We will be back . The very best to you all. Clive and Val. Royal Garden Villas, Luxury Hotel

"My friend and I have just returned from a week’s stay and I can’t thank them enough. The hotel and rooms are beautiful but the best thing of all is the staff who are all so friendly and helpful, topping up ice and water twice a day always with a friendly greeting. They are also very kind as I stupidly injured my leg halfway through the week and they could not have been more supportive from the beautiful flowers wishing me well to arranging transport and a wheelchair for me to get around the hotel when I needed to. I wish I’d taken some pictures to share. The weather at this time of year is warm but not always sunny but we were lucky to have some beautiful warm days while at home it continued to rain and even snow in places. Breakfast offers an exceptional choice and there is some lovely walking or cycling along the coast to various beaches and restaurants. We didn’t get to dine in the restaurant as we’d originally planned for our last night but room service was excellent. Luckily I visited the spa early in the week and what a great way to either prepare for the day or relax the muscles after a good walk. The pool area at the villa had sun until mid afternoon and the plunge pool was very warm so felt almost like relaxing in a hot tub at the end of the day. Cannot thank them enough and whether you want a lovely luxurious base for exploring the area or just somewhere indulgent to relax by the pool I’d highly recommend it."
