"Oh dear. Our terrible welcome (not) after a long journey spoiled everything. It was all a bit Fawlty Towers. The young man wasn’t friendly at all. We wanted dinner but were told that we would have to wait for service because there was a table of 8 people. Yes but in an enormous room there was only 4 other people. And yes we did have to wait. It was all rather amateur. The young man from the guest then became the waiter. We had to fetch our own menu. And when we ordered wine it took 20 minutes to come and the bottle had already been opened before it came to the table. It was horrible and expensive and they charged for it. The replacement bottle took another 10 minutes to come. The food when it came was good although the dessert was not great. The restaurant was a bit bleak. We felt that the nice lamps needed to be lower with less bright bulbs. Back in the room the TV didn’t work. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom fine. The next day we realised that it was in fact a nice place. The woman on the desk was really helpful. The lounge was beautiful with lots of fun games and we had a lovely coffee. It’s a real shame that our initial experience was so bad."

"Estou hospedada sozinha no RIU para as férias. Foi ótimo que o hotel tenha me reservado um quarto com vista para o mar em vez de um quarto padrão. No entanto, quando entrei no quarto, tudo estava empoeirado: telefone, xícara, secador de cabelo... o lençol não estava muito limpo. Eles o trocaram para mim depois. Não havia chinelos nem escova de dentes. Entendo que não é um serviço oferecido, mas mesmo quando pedi, a resposta foi negativa. O mais ridículo é que não havia cobertor na cama, apenas lençóis... mas já era tarde, então não quis me incomodar. A área comum é ótima, perfeita! A paisagem é maravilhosa e as bebidas são ilimitadas."

Attention l’accueil se fait jusqu’à 19h et non 23h comme indiqué dans la réservation, surement une erreur de mise à jour.Le personnel d’accueil a cependant été très réactif ( arrivée tardive ), s’est essayé de parler français ce qui a fortement aidé dans la communication au téléphone qui n’est pas évidente quand on ne parle pas la langue. Une boîte à clé est alors mise à disposition. O check-out foi muito rápido e eficaz! Recomendar sem hesitar."

A ampla instalação para passar alguns dias lá, mas a parte mais memorável foi o serviço personalizado e fabuloso, especialmente pela tripulação no restaurante Verona (especialmente graças a Brunella e Tiziana) e o restaurante de pequeno-almoço. E que lhes deu tudo para que fizessem a estadia tão agradável como em casa."

"The hotel is very big, which is also the selling point of this hotel. The outdoor space is very large, and the swimming pool is non-heated. If you don't go in in the afternoon, you will basically freeze into popsicles. However, the water in the swimming pool is very clear, and you can't even tell where the water level is. This hotel spent all its funds on the construction of public areas. The room facilities are old, the bathroom leaks, and the cleanliness of the room is OK. The hotel has too many class stratifications, including ordinary customers, member customers, and red level. Spend 2,000 yuan a night to feel the class difference. The most outrageous thing is that there is no free water. There are only two bottles of filtered water on the day of check-in, and there is nothing after that. You have to pay for the mini bar! ! I feel it is very outrageous and incomprehensible to pay for this room rate! ! !"

"We had a fantastic 3 night stay at this place. Great views from the apartment balcony to the Gigantes cliff view. Well organised and managed place. Decent pool. They were very good with us. They were happy to let us in little early as well as they accepted out request for a late checkout for an extra hour on our final day of the stay. They arranged taxi for us and happy to help. Recommend this place. We requested the apartment with nice views and had one with amazing views. Nice weather and my whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Kids were so happy. Walkable to the beach side and Los Gigantes view point. Supermarkets near by too. The kitchen had everything in it. The apartment had air conditioning as well as fans. Fairly priceed. Reasonable and affordable. Highly recommend this place."

A paz e a tranquilidade são perfeitas, com vistas incríveis para o mar, a planta e La Gomera Da terraço privada, HUGE.As quartos são básicas, MAS tudo funciona e é Muito limpo. Os móveis são geralmente canários e o local TEM um sentimento histórico.Muitas referências às origens familiares são realmente agradáveis.Os passeios Ao Longo Da Costa são bonitos, MAS diriam um pouco precário numa noite. Não tínhamos um carro, mas o táxi para a cidade era inferior a 10 euros.A comida é geralmente canária e você TEM que jantar antes de reservar. Nós gostávamos com toda a comida (e o seu próprio vinho) que tínhamos. Todos OS funcionários são bonitos e extremamente acomodados.Nós gostamos tanto dele, estamos de volta Na Natal."

"My fiancé and I stayed at the property August 3-14th and had the time of our life. We came back after two years after got engaged here at the property last time. And what a stay... We cannot fully recognise every one, but we felt we came "home" again from the first minute. We reserved private transport from the airport which were 100% and a perfect start. From the minute we entered RedLevel reception and throughout the stay we felt we were taken care of "over and beyond". Fantastic room with with partial see view (perfect for us) and super service from housekeeping and VIP service. We tried all the restaurant at the property, all very good, but our favorites were La Terrasse and Le Bistrot Provencal. The tasting menu at the La Terrass was truly worth a Michelin star (or two). Extra ordinary experience with local food and wine (many of the local wines I give 4.5 rating in Vivino). Even though all of Melia employees gave us a super experience and service, we really want to highlight the Red Level "Dream Team" Pablo, J. Angel, Mohamed, Angel, Daniel, Ricardo, Erensto, Fernando and Alejandro What a team and what a service and good laugh and interactions. These fantastic people made us decide to come back again next year already."

"This resort is a construction site. Work starts around 7am so don’t expect a lie in. We’re in villa 04 we have 2 cranes in front of us, the road in front has a steady flow of construction vehicles cement mixers, dumper trucks, lorries carrying soil etc makes sitting outside or using the pool virtually impossible. Some honesty and warning about the extent of the expansive work being carried out should have been given. Very very disappointing."
