Good location. And decent parking lot across the street. Room was clean

The property had no hot water in the morning , and the toilet rain and wouldn’t shut off. The persons upstairs wouldn’t shut off either. The front desk was told but they didn’t care or gave us a partial refund or anything. I would not go back

Well the heater did not work in the room it stayed about 65 degrees in the room and it was about 10 degrees outside. The shower Curtain was about to fall off. The top of the toilet was off. And the this was a suite that i had. All they said they could do for me was give me two more blankets and a small discount. Could not even hive me a different room. Never going back.

Had to pay $35 to park across the street because their "Lot Was Full", when in fact they're using it to Valet cars

Hard to sleep because the heater/air con were making so much noise. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival of course no one is up front to greet ya...im in a wheelchair so the desk was high up and i couldnt really see or read the

Close to Nationwide Arena. Good size room. Negative- extra charge for a safe (not mentioned), only one wash cloth for 2 people, no clock radio, paid parking is across the street (pouring rain-this charge was removed), no breakfast, no gym or pool, complimentary snack box was to come with room but you had to go back to the desk and request one.

There’s a giant hair ball in our shower. Also took 48 minutes to check in(we have dinner plans that failed) so if there’s plans ahead, cancel

Got a hotel room for my husband and myself for NYE. Normally we stay at a different hotel but this one had a discount so I figured why not. Would not recommend. Took 20min to check in (we were 2nd in line), Did not realize there was a $50 deposit (refunded supposedly after check out, we'll see), and it was $15 a day to park (did not realize until we got there- ALWAYS check the small print at the very bottom). The parking lot was across the street from the hotel and it was raining, cold and snowing at one point. The room wasn't especially spectacular for the $110 we spent. A basic room, no carpeting except in the entryway. A nice view of the dumpster. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken too. Wouldn't really recommend.
