I wasn’t able to make my reservation due to a snow storm… I tried to call the hotel to cancel my reservation and they didn’t pick up.
I then proceeded to call ******* and they did nothing to help either. This is horrible customer service and should not be allowed, especially when it’s due to an act of God, I had no control over the weather and roads. And yet I won’t be given a refund.

Very nice room - we were pleasantly surprised to say the least! Very clean and the bed was comfy!
Just a quick overnight for us but would def stay again when in Columbus!

While the property's location feels just a tad sketchy, the interior of the property is beautiful. The rooms have been redone very recently and are really beautiful. Unfortunately, there were two major problems - the room was sprayed with an overwhelmingly strong deodorizer/scent. It was overbearing and gave me a headache and made me nauseous. Second, the shower temp is controlled so that it doesn't get warmer than just warm enough for a shower, though the faucet was capable of getting scalding hot.

I thought my stay at the hotel was rather nice. The rooms were spacious and it was easy to figure things out. The breakfast was great and the apple juice tasted fresh. My only complaint really is the outside doesn’t match the pictures online. And that some of the rooms I walked past were extremely noisy. However my room and the ones next to it were very quiet. The front desk people were very friendly and didn’t invade on my privacy. The smell in the facility was nice, and as you passed certain areas the smell changed according to what was present. Such as the lobby area had the smell of breakfast for most of the morning-lunch time. The hallways smelt of cleaning supplies the room servers were using. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t mind coming back again next time I visit Ohio. It’s fairly close to the airport. About 15 minutes. Plus the pricing wasn’t bad. Other areas near by were charging double for a similar experience.
