Parking and check in process was smooth and quick. However, the room was musty, carpet was severely stained, bedding was torn, shower door had visible mold, trash from previous customers was left in random areas on the floor. Furniture was also damaged. No towels at pool, asked multiple times and was completely disregarded by hotel staff. After waiting for over an hour and checking back with him a few more times, we ended up having to go from the pool back to our room on the 4 th floor dripping wet. I’ve stayed at hotels for half this cost and had better service and cleaner rooms.
