Room was great - hot water was a little slow but not a major issue. And the hotel was very busy due to a lacrosse tournament but service absolutely was great! Breakfast was great.

Bryan made our check in easy and he was very informative about the amenities they had to offer. The whole staff there was so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely choose to stay here whenever I’m in town.

Staff was exceptional. My husband and I visit embassy to celebrate our 13 year wedding anniversary, from the time we check-in to the time to check out everything was outstanding special out to staff Bryan who made our stay very very memorable. We will definitely visit again.

My 2 year old broke a glass within minutes of being there so we called the front desk seeing if someone could vacuum it for us and the response was “we will see”. The gentleman who came to vacuum was as kind as can be in contrast to the front desk. There were dirty finger prints on the doorways and debris on the floor in the hallway even in front of the far corner room right when we arrived. There was also smeared poop on the floor in the pool area. Our shower drain did not work and there was no hot water in our other family members room. Unless it’s out of my control I do not plan to stay again.

Needs repairs and updating. I was put in a room where the toilet didn't work when I went to the front desk three ither peiple were there saying something in their room didn't work either. Needs serious repairs.

The staff was great but the room was noisy and dated. One elevator was out of service and the other had a long wait time. Very poor design in the room - the light switch is less than an inch from a heavy self closing door and is a great way to get your finger smashed.

Great trip. All was well. I was told there were no feather pillows, per allergy, in the room. Found them in the room, just ask that staff be told and clearly understanding the dynamics
