My husband and I really enjoyed are stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very very clean and the bed and pillows are so comfortable. So many stores close by. Everything you can thunk of is right there. .. we will go back again.

Very comfortable rooms, outstanding personnel at front dest, in housekeeping and at breakfast. Always pleased to stay here, the service and services of a large hotel with the coziness of a smaller boutique operation.

It was a very safe and quiet experience. Fairfield is now one of my favorite hotels, I have had great experiences both here and in Florida. AC works great, quick check-in, beds are very comfortable. Shower pressure excellent. And the best part is the elevator is fast, no wait. You get on and it yanks you to the next floor immediately lol, i like that. Within seconds. Whatever you want to eat is literally .02 mile down the road but it's not safe to walk. No sidewalks.

The property and workers were very nice. The only negative was our toilet was not seated properly on the floor. It wiggled and you felt unsteady when seated. Room 210
Would be more convenient to have an ice machine on the second floor.

Conveniently located within shopping, restaurants, and a mall. Extremely easy to get to the property from the highway, and close to downtown Columbia. There is a few restaurants directly across from the hotel as well as sharing the parking lot with them that you can walk to. The staff were very kind upon check-in & check-out. We didn't stay for the continental breakfast, but the only thing I would offer, early morning is quite busy and hard to find a place to sit.
