The property is a bit worn - it looked much nicer on the Internet, but we can live with that. The TV needs to be replaced, the bathroom has no fan, and the elevator was slow to arrive (often several minutes). Our main complaint is that our keys didn’t work at least once a day. On about the fifth incident, they asked if we were keeping our key next to our phone. It seriously took them that long to let us know that our phone could be demagnetizing our key. Wow - very poor training. Additionally, we asked the front desk for more toilet paper, towels, and coffee for our room. It wasn’t delivered by the end of the day, so we asked again and finally got it. The cleaning and custodial staff were friendly and competent - the front desk staff needs some work. For the price of the room, we really expected top notch facilities and customer service. Disappointed. Will not recommend or stay at a Holiday Inn ever again.
