Check-in was easy, although the front desk was frequently unstaffed for extended periods of time when we were there. Breakfast staff was great. Yogurt machine was broken. Small market was expensive - the gas station on the corner had many of the same things for half the price. Our issue was with housekeeping. A sign in the room says housekeeping is provided every other day, which is fine. They came the day after we checked in and never again - for our six day stay (and we were out of the room by 9:30 am at the latest every day). They did not replace any towels, and we were given one washcloth for three people over six days (and one make up wipe for the six day stay also). Our kitchen had no paper towels (empty roll on the holder), and those were not replaced for the entirety of our stay despite asking housekeeping staff in the hall, twice. At arrival we had two, half-rolls of toilet paper. We had to ask at the front desk for more because we weren't given any on day two of our stay, and housekeeping never came back for the next four days. There are no shelves in the bathroom, so towels need to be hung over the very dusty door top or on the coat hooks in the main room or over the doorknob. There's a handle on the shower door that would work, but that holds the shower mat. There's a hook next to the shower, but if one person hangs their towel there, no one else has a place to hang the towel while in the shower. Guests could hang towels over the shower doors themselves, but they'll just get soaked when the next person takes a shower. The electrical outlet is placed so that one's small appliances (razor, curling iron, etc.) have the cord draping across the sink. One day there was a very agitated woman sitting in the breakfast area for almost the entire day. There was a snowstorm, so it was nice that she was provided some shelter, but her profanity ridden tirade lasted at least 25 minutes - the entire time we were eating breakfast - and no staff members addressed it. She approached us for money but was very nice when we declined. The pool was clean. The hot tub was not. The fitness area was clean. The laundry was $3 per wash and per dry. We stayed during a snowstorm of at least eight inches of snow, and the parking lot was not plowed the entire time we were there. There aren't a lot of restaurants nearby, but GrubHub was easy. The room was clean (except for the top of the bathroom door and the floor near the bed and sofa). The elevators were fast. Staff people were nice. No airport noise bothered us. Mountain views were pretty.
