Overnight stay en route to T5. Cheap and cheerful and worth the relatively low price for less stress. The room was OK, clean and bed was comfy. It sits outside the ULEZ and not far from our car park, which was also outside the zone, so it saved us some cash. Would stay again if using Heathrow.

Monica was very helpful on arrival [upgraded to ensuite bstroom for mont £10 only!]met other owner Tony in the morning. Overall very welcoming. It was clean to a high standard and is superb value for money (Heathrow is 15mins [max 20 to 25 mins to terminals

I have been using this guesthouse for over 17 years I find the place clean and tidy and the manager is very helpful. The place has good links to the airport and easy access to the motorway and central London also they offer a good breakfast plus they have a kitchen which can be used by the guests will be back soon

This place was an absolute nightmare. The smell of urine pervaded the house, and the walls were so thin that every noise was audible. Rest was impossible, and they don't refund deposits, so beware. Additionally, the landlord entered rooms without notifying tenants. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The noise from neighboring rooms kept me awake throughout the night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay.

Simply put, this is the worst hotel at which I've stayed in my life. The managers engage in fraud and abuse of guests to line their pockets and fail to provide anything approaching customer service. I do not take these words lightly, and if you don't believe me, simply read the other 198 reviews about the "customer service" they provide to their guests. They are the rudest and nastiest human beings with whom I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with in 30 years in the travel industry. Upon arrival, I was subjected to literal screaming, threats, abuse, and suggestion that they would call the cops: this for the simple act of arriving to check into my room (which I had already paid for). They said check-in was closed. When I showed them the booking, which CLEARLY lists a 24/7 front desk, they had no response. Quickly they switched to "scam mode", first insisting that I hadn't paid for my reservation, and demanding cash up front. When I showed them my fully paid reservation, with receipt in tow, they switched to the next scam mode, now demanding exorbitant fees for additional services: for a "late check-in fee". I asked them where that was listed. Again, no reply. Then a further charge for a "key deposit." These are nasty, rotten, human beings who are stealing from their customers on a regular basis by overcharging, double charging, and inventing bogus fees. They should be put out of business.

Friendly staff. It’s an overnight stay. With a roof over your head. Shower shared you have to put one finger on power button and shower at same time. Not good shower at all. Bring your own food and drink. Staff are friendly. Have to leave £20 cash or Id card for deposit for key. Returned when you exchange for the key when leaving.

Claimed I did not have a reservation and made me pay for it again with cash. They held our passports until we paid cash for it even they we pre paid with the booking.
