Had a great time on our 2 night trip. Only problem we had was it took us over an hour and a half to get our food from the
restaurant downstairs. Thankfully the hotel covered our expenses due to our troubles. Everything else was wonderful. Beautiful views from the 15th floor. Super close to Georgia aquarium, world of coke, and more!

TheX hotel was a bit rundown. Meeting rooms are dark obvious repairs were needed. Service was very spotty. While some of the staff were friendly and helpful some were neither. The front desk person ignored me completely, talking to the airline employees behind me as if I weren’t there. They failed to turn in my laundry/dry cleaning, causing me to look wrinkled and rumpled at a business meeting. Food was ok. Room was clean

This place is a disaster and my stay was horrendous. Check in and check out were the only good parts of my stay. I woke up my first morning, took a shower and opened up my towel only to find a BLOODSTAINED towel. I’m not kidding. I used another one, kindly told the front desk about it since I didn’t want housekeepers to get the blame for it. Around 2pm I received an email thanking me for my stay, almost like a checkout email, which I chalked up to just a systems error since I was scheduled to check out the next day.
When I got back to the hotel around 5pm, my room hadn’t been turned over so I called the front desk to see if they missed my room and indeed they did since they thought I was supposed to have checked out, although upon further review they realized they made an error and they would clean the room when I left for dinner about an hour later. 10 minutes after that phone call another person walked into my room since the front desk had checked someone else into my room when they erroneously checked me out. I walked downstairs and still kept my calm and told them what was going on. They were very apologetic and told me the room would be cleaned before I returned from dinner.
And guess what?? I returned around 10pm only to find they hadn’t done squat! A housekeeping manager ended up going into my room to give me new towels and did some clean up and at that point I just didn’t want to deal with the incompetent management. Stay away!!

The shuttle driver was very helpful on suggestions for our return to the airport and the woman at the front desk was super friendly and it continued to the restaurant/bar. Awesome service
