Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport/Millennium Center

The location of the hotel, so close to the airport, was perfect. The staff was polite, warm, patient and helpful. The room overall was fine, but small details need attention - some lamps not working, the shower head was very outdated and water pressure weak, the comforter had a make-up stain. The room was carpeted and hotel carpets are never trustworthy. The room doesn’t provide slippers, so pack your own. The mattresses and pillows are very soft! Just a note for anyone who might prefer a firmer bed. The breakfast buffet had a variety of offerings. I’m gluten-free and it was easy to have a filling breakfast from what they provided. The morning breakfast staff was really nice and the dining area was pleasant. The parking area was gated and secure. If I was judging this hotel based on the personalities of the people who work there, it’d be perfect. But small details and cleanliness in the room need attention.

We enjoyed our stay . The staff was friendly. My only complaint is the elevators are awful. They make grinding sounds . We thought for a moment we were going to get stuck. Scared us . Beds are comfy and clean . Breakfast price is steep $18 per person .

We received several texts in advance of our arrival including where to catch our shuttle and what time it would arrive. However we were not told that the Hilton shuttles would not take us to our hotel. It seems to me that they could add to their texts, prior to arrival that the shuttles need to say garden inn, in order to take you to the right hotel.

The toilet in our room was broken, asked multiple times for it to be fixed. They came and plunged it and it broke again. The most awkward thing to be broken and have to ask multiple times to fix. Other than that it was fine.

Parking was secure in a fenced in lot with a nightguard although the parking cost $15. The Hotel was surprisingly very quiet as airplanes fly directly over the hotel taking off from the Atlanta Airport. Staff quickly provided some missing bar soap. I would book again with no hesitation.

The room look nothing like the picture. The young lady Yalonda at the front was kind enough to offer a different room. The rooms were all out dated. The couch had a hole in it sheets really dingy beds were old. The room was so uncomfortable and dark the lights between the beds were broke as well.

Room was muggy and loud with loud random noises. The air conditioner rattled the entire night and roared with loud noises. The breakfast staff was rude about breakfast

The Hotel and the room were decent and it’s very close to the airport so convenient for a long layover and it has a free shuttle that takes you to/from the airport. My only complaint is that the hallways and rooms WREAKED of cigarette smoke. So much that it was hard to sleep.

Our overall stay was good, everything was clean. The only issues I had was my kids didn’t get the opportunity to go swimming because a group of people were having a small gathering drinking alcohol, etc and they the ac/heat unit made a lot of weird noises like it was about to shut down.
