Vonresort Elite & Aqua - Ultra All Inclusive & Kids Concept

Great hotel and very clean! Good and polite staff! Awesome pools and gardens are so beautiful with a lot of recreative spaces! Nice beach and clean water - not crowded. Good food and drinks(decent for all inclusive). Aquapark is big and with a lot of slides.

We paid for an Ultra All inclusive package in a 5 stars rated hotel and got this: - old furniture, smelly AC and bathroom in an “upgraded room just for you Madame”; we have asked for a room change but no one contacted us back - poor quality mattress on the bed and very poor quality sofa bed for our child ( it literally had holes and it was very difficult to find a sleeping position) - very poor quality towels and bathroom products ( shower gel, shampoo, etc) - refill in the room minibar once in 2 days, if lucky - local drinks of poor quality served at the bar in paper cups, local beer not chilled enough - very few of the staff could speak English and did not understand our requests, we got raising shoulders and “ sorry Madame, bye bye” (with a smile ) - low variety of cuisine, offered in improper conditions, with flies everywhere, even on the buffet; everybody in our group got at least one stomach indigestion during our week there - very poor internet connection - slippery floors around the pool when wet

We arrived at the VONRESORT Elite hotel on 28.06.24 for a seven-night stay with several families. From the beginning, our experience was disappointing: three families had to stay in a room of lower quality than what was paid for, despite making reservations more than half a year in advance. We did not have a guide to show us around the hotel, restaurants, and accessible locations included in our package. Instead, we received a schedule sheet from the reception, which made it challenging to locate these facilities, causing us to miss some activities and only discover certain restaurants on the last day. On the second day, our agency guide informed us that the hotel offered an included à la carte meal. However, the hotel reception denied this, stating that meals in the à la carte restaurants had to be paid for in full. To be noted that the three families affected on the first night received an à la carte meal. The diversity of food offered in the ultra all-inclusive package restaurants completely disappointed me. Every day, the same dishes were served with very few reinterpretations. At a 5-star hotel, I expected a more varied menu that included dishes from various international cuisines, seafood, and other delicacies. ( PS. And don't tell me you have à la carte restaurants. When I pay for a 7-night stay at an ultra all-inclusive hotel, I expect not to spend an additional dozens of euros daily on food.) The minor disappointments continued: our ultra all-inclusive package did not cover all bar drinks, and the higher-quality beverages required additional payment. The pool's operating hours were only until 6:00 pm, which I found insufficient. The cleanliness was acceptable, with daily towel changes, bed making, and minimal tidying. The staff, in general, were kind, especially the bartenders, waiters, and servers. However, I had an extremely unpleasant and humiliating experience with the 'GUEST RELATIONS' department. Knowing that our flight was scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday and we need to leave the hotel at 6 a.m, which meant we would miss the breakfast and lunch we had paid for, I asked two days before our departure if they could prepare something for us to take away, anticipating possible flight delays. The first person in this department was kind and promised to discuss it with the restaurant manager to prepare something for us, but they never got back to us. Finally, an arrogant employee from guest relations informed me that they could not help, that they do not offer breakfast boxes, and suggested I buy food at the airport, in an unfriendly tone. This attitude upset me deeply, as the breakfast and lunch services were paid for. Trying to resolve the issue with another guest relations representative, I encountered the same arrogance and superiority. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was treated with the same lack of respect. I received no apologies or help, just a suggestion that I could eat before departure at their restaurant,

We had an amazing holiday. Hotel is clean, staff is extremely polite and helpful. We enjoyed the aquapark, slides are not extreme but fine for kids and adults, lifeguards were everywhere and there were no issues with the safety. Beach is wonderful, but there was some shredded garbage in the sea in afternoons which is not hotel's fault. Elite's pool is a very nice relaxing one, no animation, no towels since 6 am, we really enjoyed afternoons there. The food was good, but variety could be improved. What we didn't like was the towel service - spa center is at the opposite side of Golden coast which is not the best option if you are Elite guest. Also they don't accept exchange in the morning but only 16:30-18:30. This could be improved. We had a family room with bulkhead. Nothing luxury, but everything was well maintained and working well. We would return to Vonresort Elite.

Very nice place, I will visit again. The best sandy beach în Antalya. The food and the drinks are very good, the pool and the beach never crowded. A very safe place for familie with children. The staff very friendly, definitely we will come again next year.

This is a wonderful hotel with something for everyone Lots of pools, activities, great entertainment Kids pools and kids club Food good and varied. Wonderful spa. Had an amazing Hammam today and very reasonable priced Would def recommend the spa packages. Staff friendly and helpful. Just beware, tried to charge us in Euros, not Turkish Lire, which would have obv cost more Otherwise superb

Every small detail of this hotel is perfect. The entertainment guys, the service, the performances and concerts, they even took me to a disco tour in the city centre. There are lots of activities to spend your time, and you can find bars and snacks at all times of the day around the hotel. It especially feels good to drink your beverage next to the pool. Totally recommended.

We came from 28.08.22 to 04.09.22. We stayed at the Elite. It is all one big resort. I am not giving it full rating because of the following things. Only one place to take out towel, you might think is not a big deal but when you have to go several hundret meters daily it will be. Lack of fresh or eveb botteld drinks. All the drinks except water are from dispensers. You can literally taste the chemicals. Very few people speak english, you might have better luck speaking with them in german or russian. Problem with the AC in our room, it only worked on one speed "freeze mode". Luckily (and unlikely you will see) for us our room didn't need AC because it was situated at the ground level in a corner. The vegetation and orientation made the temperature ok in late august even without AC . BUT our room was situated near a laundry or kitchen and during week days in the early morning IT WAS TERRIBLE. There was sometimes a sound like thousands of marbles dropped on a floor hard (literally) and it woke us up four times at 4 or 5AM. The sound was repeated a few times (1-3x) then it stopped. We complained at the Elite front desk about it. It was reduced then stopped (it could have been because of the weekend i don't know). The bathroom in our room doesn't have any window or any ventilator, just a useles ventilation hole that doesn't work. Due to that it was a constat bad smell in the room, like mold. The Elite was recently renovated so it isn't that bad YET but in the next years will become a major issue (at least in the rooms without bathroom windows). On the good side, we liked the food, quite diverse, personal was polite eventhough they don't speak English they tried helping as much as they could and with what they could. The beach is quite ok, the Aquapark is fun if you have kids 4-14 years old or so.

Side bölgesinde yıllardır tatil yapıyoruz, bu otel sakin, kalteli ve net bir tatil düşünenler için süper. Karmaşa yok, üst düzey hizmet, rahatlık ön planda. Yemekler çok iyi. Şezlong kapmadan bile yer bulmak mümkün. Personel profesyonel. Hizmet çok iyi. Kafa dinlemek için çok iyi. İsterseniz aktiviteler de mevcut. Ayrıca cost otelin bütün hizmetleride size açık. Gördüklerimin en iyisi. Teşekkürler.
