Terrace Elite Resort Ultra All Inclusive

Hotel is lovely, modern and up to date. Rooms were good size and cleaned daily, mostly just beds and towels though. We were on 5th floor so used the lift but only 1 lift per block so was very busy. Pool area was great. Hard to get a bed as people were up super early putting towels down. Some people were removing towels around the splash park area and taking the beds. Floor around the pool was so slippy! Saw so many children slip and fall and on our first day helped a little girl who had slipped and broke her 2 front teeth and bust her lip! Not many British people! Pool bar was awful 🤮 it constantly smelt like sick. They also couldn't make the cocktails the same every time. We left a lot as they were made wrong and were disgusting 🤢 the mini disco is around the back of the pool bar and it also smelt awful round there, think mens toilets 🤮 can't comment on the evening entertainment as we never saw it as it started so late my son was to tired to stay awake. It started around 10ish. Food was mediocre. Very repetitive, under cooked chicken on the BBQ. Ice cream for 1 hour in the afternoon but i didnt like them they were like jelly. Beach was nice, lots of things going on. Foam party and the big inflatable were really good. Some of the staff work their back sides off and are really lovely. Some are grumpy and rude. Restaurant was so warm and busy was sometimes hard to get a table. Al a carte only opens if they have more than 10 people booking and it's 10 euros pp. I saw it open once. Lots of places inside to relax on big sofas with a coffee and cake. Germans just seem to take over the activities (vollyball) and play between themselves. Floor gets super hot. Overall we had a great time.

We enjoyed our holiday , food is amazing , waiters so polite , the drinks in the bar so nice , our room is always clean in the right time and cleaning staff so happy to replace items needed , and of course without forgetting the greatest animation team always walking round with a smile on their faces laughing and joking All staff are so helpful kids Love it and loved messing around with staff during day and loved the fact they had computer's and arcades here and in 1 of 5 pools even have indoor pools and always something for my self and children aged 10 6 and 4 years old to do. The night time entertainment is very enjoyable from kids club to comedy bingo to turkish night all so fun never bored food was absolutely spot on plenty of choice BAYRAM the restaurant chef was so helpful every meal time couldn't help my self and children enough by helping kids get food giving me somewhere to change my son after meal time and having a laugh with children. I spent my birthday here where staff reserved us table where kids like to sit decorated table brought a chocolate cake and a bottle of champagne up to my room on the morning of my birthday

I want to say that I come to this hotel with my family expected that I will have a good time just with my family but I've been around big family with all the stuff here and specially our friends from animation team with the crazy Mike and Simo and their good boss Max who talk to all and let all team work together , and ofc bar stuff who be cheerful to us , thank you for this holiday guys

Pillows were thick, food sometimes not warm, but very good hotel, nice Pool, good animationteam, all they were great, we enjoyed a lot and will think to come back once again, but i hope the animatieteam will also be there!! Bar and cocktails were good, the rum in the rum cola was not good, but that was not a problem!!

What an amazing trip! Mike, Ninja and Suzi from the animation team are were wonderful, all the wait staff were attentive and made sure our drinks were topped up. 100% recommend to anyone wanting to visit Turkey. Definitely one to remember for a lifetime! Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Lots of food options and evening entertainment was great.

Very good hotel , great staff and the animation team were very good and always made you have a good time throughout the day. All staff very polite and welcoming. Had a great stay and will love to come back again. Very happy with my stay overall. Definitely will be back

This was our first time in the Hotel Teresce Elite and I need to admin it was amazing choince ! Hotel is kept very clean, great food, so mamy food choices! The Best thing in the hotel is the animation team that was making sure we have a great time every day. The Team is very friendly and my child just loved to play with them! Every day they took our son and entertained him so I could spend some time with my husband alone:) During the day there were plenty of sport activities and amazing shows in the evening. There is also The mini club where all children are welcome and can spend amazing time, the chef of the mini is the best! So friendly, positive and we experience a lots of positive vibes! I think our stay in the hotel was amazing thanks of the animation team! I will be missing them so much! All team deserves for the best! Amazing people! Highly recommended! As someone who doesn’t write reviews, I find myself compelled to share my recent experience. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel has been far from satisfactory. Despite multiple requests, the toiletries in my room have not been replaced since my arrival 5 days ago. Additionally, the quality of the food, particularly the dinners over the first three days, was very disappointing. Moreover, my room has been uncomfortably hot, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Despite my repeated complaints, I was told that the air conditioning had been turned off and the heating turned on, which seems unreasonable given the 26 degrees Celsius outdoor temperature. The inability to sleep due to the excessive heat for three consecutive nights has been incredibly frustrating. Who turns on heating when it’s so hot. The only redeeming aspect of our stay was the animation team. My children thoroughly enjoyed the discos and events organized by them, which brought a smile to their faces amidst the discomfort. Overall, my experience has been deeply unsatisfying, and I look forward to leaving. I do not plan to return to this hotel.

The transfer was only 45mins so that was a great start. The hotel is fabulous, very spacious with great pool space with a selection of watersides and splash area for the younger children with plenty of sunbeds or you can hire a pavilion at extra cost with champagne for more privacy🥂 The beach is walking distance but a bus is available to take you every 10mins. The beach as private shaded areas and has beach bar and food available which was beautiful or again you can hire a beach pavilion which are perfect if you prefer privacy. The staff are great, Mustafa in particular he was a cheeky chappy and a young guy who waited on us at the beach pavilion! Tbf they all worked their buts off. The food was beautiful, always something different (The kebabs ill definitely miss) The hotel has everything you need. Also its a nice 10 min walk to a selection of great shops ect. We will definitely be back.
