We are still here, the weather is amazing. The staff are lovely, food great, and very clean and tidy. I really can't fault the hotel in any way. There aren't a lot of English people in the hotel, but that will change over the coming weeks as this is now a Tui hotel. It is now my favourite holiday destination by far. 33 degrees in March is fantastic. Well done to everyone at this hotel, for really making this holiday, definitely 5 stars. The private beach bar and restaurant is an added bonus. I never return to the same hotel, but I will this one 👌

This is the first hotel where i didn't have internet included and safe deposit box. I understand it's a hotel for Germany, if you're from another nation you can feel slightly discriminated. I appreciated the tasty food and the work of the employees!

We were here 7 nights Good parts: First and foremost you have an amazing bartender: Deniz from the pool bar - very kind and friendly. His service was amazing. Close to the beach, the water and sand is amazing, shallow water, perfect for kids. Food is tasty but mostly chicken,some fish and turkey. Beef was only in 1 night, and no lamb or sea food. Drinks are ok, the beer is not with water. AC works good in the room. The activities are nice but the staff speaks only in german, so if you don't know german, you won't understand to many things. Now the bad parts: Room is very old, the bathroom door was swollen by water. The paint on hotel walls in the artrium falls apart basically. 95% of the staff only speaks German. The tourist are allowed to occupy sunbeds early morning even if they don't even stay there until evening. I asked the Guest Relations to help us with sunbeds at the pool, one guy came, of course did not speak English and when he understood the problem said that it is normal and everyone does this. The entertainers speak German 90% of the time so you can't understand too much The waterslides work only a few hours a day You need to pay for the safebox in a 5 star :)))) Overall I would never return and don't recommend it unless you want to feel that you stay in a 80's old German Hotel.

Отдыхали в мае 2023. Все понравилось. Вежливый персонал, отличная еда и напитки, из двух горок работала одна. Три прекрасных бассейна с немцами. Алкоголя хоть упейся но закуски никакой, только в столовке (ресторане). Отель ориентирован на немцев и пр. понемецкиговорящих. Большинство гостей немцы и по русски разговаривать не хотят даже в подпитии. На пляже отсутствует "шалман", многие играют в бочу и не играют в волейбол. На пляже есть урезанная версия столовки, пива не жалеют нигде. Бичбой прекрасный парень. Когда солнце - песок на пляже очень горячий и приходилось надевать тапки, администрацию отеля этот факт похоже не смущает. В отеле ОЧЕНЬ много пожилых немцев, похоже со здоровьем у них неплохо иначе кондратий обеспечен. Туалеты на каждом углу, в т.ч. и на пляже. В округе много забавных магазинчиков с товарами местной и китайской легкой промышленности. Ездили с сыном на рыбалку, улов так себе, зато покатались на лодке. Отличный отель, там рады всем. Улетая домой я с ностальгией и тоской глядел в иллюминатор... смеркалось, самолет уносил нас на восток. Прщай Сиде бриз отель, мечта из глянцевого жюрнала. Ты останешся в моем сердце навсегда.

Отель неплохой твёрдая 4-ка, еды и спиртного нормально, всегда есть мороженое или другие блюда. Обслуживающий персонал старается: и в ресторане, и на пляже, и у бассейна, и при уборке номера. На ресепшене всегда стараются решить возникшие вопросы. Больший процент отдыхающих в отеле немцы. До пляжа идти 7-10 минут. Но есть минус в отельном гиде Анекст тур Исмаиле, на вопросы ответить не может, проблемы не решает, продаёт услуги и экскурсии по очень завышенным ценам, пытается нажиться на всём, даже то что в отеле делают бесплатно фото прилагается. На помощь приходили и отвечали на вопросы другие агенты Анекст тур, им большое спасибо.

Een goed hotel zeer netjes en hele goede hygiëne .Personeel is allemaal super vriendelijk .Ook de winkeliers zijn niet opdringerig .De winkelstraat ligt een klein stukje naar onder liggen en dan ben je daar.Heb wel een minpunt het eten was soms niet warm.Dit komt door dat de bakken niet gesloten worden nadat er eten is gepakt.De frieten liggen ook in een open bak misschien een idee om dit ook in een gesloten bak te doen.Ik snap ook wel dat dat dadelijk in het hoogseizoen wat lastiger is maar er staan genoeg personeelsleden erbij en hebben niks te doen.Op dit puntje na zou ik zeker dit hotel aanraden.Wij hopen om volgend jaar terug te kunnen.Nog een advies in de maand mei is het overdag 30 graden maar ik de avond koelt het af en heb je zeker een lange broek nodig en een vestje.

oda konusunda bilgi veremiyorum çünkü bizleri Türkleri arka odalara koydular, 2 oda 6 kişi gittik ancak odanın biri yemekhane arka tarafı diğeri sinek ve kokan dereye bakıyordu, sorduğumuzda en iyisi bu diyerek değiştiremeyeceklerini söylediler bizde oteli satın almayacağız tabi ki ancak bir para verdik turistler kadar değerimiz yok bugüne kadar bunu gittiğim otellerden hisse**edim burada girişte odadan itibaren hissettim. çalışanlar özverili barmen Veli ve yanında çalışanlara yemekhanede gençlere teşekkür ediyorum, havuz bardaki şahıs ismi halil, kasıntı şekilde çocuklarım içecek istiyor umursamaz tavırlar içinde ancak turistler bir şey istediğinde nazik ve ilgili bunu bizzat gözlemleyerek söylüyorum tabi ki işin içende bahşiş var, isteyen otel yetkilisi buradan yazabilir otelde de yazmıştım, yemekler orta kalite az, kahvaltı orta kalite az sahil bar geliştirilebilir eksikleri var, birde akşam yemeklerinde yemekhane giriş te beyefendinin karşılaması için teşekkür ederim nazik bir davranış. sahil barda çalışanların herkesin önünde tartışmaları enteresandı. bu arada 29.08/02.09.2022 tarihleri arasında konakladım. bir teşekkür de kızımın apple kulaklığının bu*****ak bize gönderen personele teşekkür ederim. kısaca bir daha gidermiyim hayır paramla değer verilmeyen yere gi**em.
