I booked two cabins 6 weeks ago to attend a sporting function which was subsequently postponed due to rain. Nil refund provided, only a credit. Terrible customer service, left numerous phone calls and no return calls. Received a phone call from them last week saying the pool was not working, this sounds like a common complaint in other reviews. Definitely consider this place only as a last resort.

Clean and big enough for our family of four but tired and worn cabins with a non operational pool and spa (no prior indication given that this was the case). Combined with no atmosphere, at this price, we wouldn't choose to stay here again.

False pictures. Swimming pool was not operational. They tell you only a few days before your stay and after they charge you at full rate. The free WiFi drops out constantly. 4G network is poor so you have no access to internet. The place is old and not clean. Parking spot is very tight. Tried to complain to management and they don't listen I don't recommend this place to anyone.

After a long 12 hrs drive with our grandchildren, we were One bed short, pool was very very green, bins were full just wasn't happy with the overall experience. I would like to thank the young man who tried to help us out.

This place is awful. Firstly they take all of your money days before you arrive. We got here and there was no one at reception and it took us an age on the phone to find out what room we had. The key wasn't where it was meant to be for the PIN we were sent to access. The PIN came in an email, but didn't have a room number. The pool was a cesspit, so green and slimy you couldn't see an inch into the water. It looks nothing like the photo at the website, even if it was blue. The spa was empty and unusable. The room had no diswashing liquid or anything to clean up, or wash the old cutlery. I would be very surprised if this room had been cleaned in a Covid safe way. When we got back to the room in the evening from the function we came to Coffs for, someone was parked in our allocated parking spot, and again no one around to find out who and get it moved. If there was other accommodation available in Coffs at this time we would have moved. If you have any other choices don't stay here.

When I arrived to check in there was no one at the property and the reception area was locked. Numerous calls to the property went unanswered. I had to find last minute alternative accommodation for myself and my family of 5

Definately not as described, pool green and filthy despite being middle of summer. Spa empty and not cared for, shared BBQ unhygienic.
And the room, disgusting! Blinds mouldy, lounge delaminating, cushion mouldy, fridge greasy and uncleaned, furniture condition is disgraceful. No coffee cups.
The villas are aging but thats ok and you can expect wear and tear but theres no excuse furniture and fittings being this bad.
Positive it is close to beach and easy to find. Sheets and towels clean and fresh.
The price (over $200 a night) is not worth it.

Just off the main road, management has strict instruction for late-night noise so easy to get a good night's sleep, leather sofas and beds are more comfortable than most others. Very good communication with site manager, very clear instructions on how to go about contactless checkin. Spacious lounge and kitchen, carpark right outside of the villa, easy in and easy out. Will definitely stay here again.
