Coco Breeze Residence

Breeze Residence Club is a great place to stay. The staff (Angelica and Adi) were helpful and made the stay that much more memorable. This is truly a slice of heaven. I recommend the safari boat tour which can be set up by Adi and taking a stroll on the boardwalk.

I normally do not write reviews, however for this vacation I felt it necessary. To begin, Angelica was very professional and helpful weeks ahead of our vacation. Her outstanding communications skills made us feel very confident that we made the right choice for our accommodations. Adi was wonderful also. She made sure that everything worked perfectly. For example, arranging our airport transportations and tours. She was so nice and explained everything about the awesome tours that she arranged for my wife and I. We highly recommend staying at the Breeze. The condo was spotless and very nice. The pools were amazing and the workers were very friendly! Even though the Breeze grounds are awesome, if you can find a way to go to their private beach club, do it! It is such a beautiful property right in the Pacific Ocean. The little town is a busy place. A lot of activity at all the restaurants, bars and shops make it so much fun to just walk around. Lastly, we recommend The Breeze very highly in addition to the beach club… Just wonderful! Jim & Linda

We definitely enjoyed our stay! We rented a 3 bedroom condo for a week. The property was super nice and the concierge is top notch! Adi and Adelina were amazing even before we got there. They helped us book 4 tours. We did the rainforest, coffee, Chocolate and sloth sanctuary one and Daniel our tour guide was super awesome. The tour itself was so fun and informative. We also did the beach tour with surf lessons at the end with Norman and that was beautiful. It was a private tour so it was just our group going at our own pace all day and the surf lessons for the kids were awesome. We rented a golf cart for the week for $600 and it was worth it. The concierge set everything up and made it super easy. They even got us a ride from San Jose when our flight to Liberia got messed up. We will definitely visit again!

Seamless week, quick check-in with Iniki? Very informative, the tours were pre-set up with Adi. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! A very large resort. The Beach club is perfect!!! Very clean. The service was impeccable. They could put a lil more alcohol in the drinks . Make sure you look at the bus schedule for the club. The town is totally walkable.. I would go back in a heart beat.

Breeze is centrally located in Playas del Coco and you could walk everywhere to find great food, the beach, groceries, shopping, etc. Adi is super knowledgeable and helped us book the Rio Crleste Waterfall and the Palo Verde River Safari Tours. Both were excellent with great tour guides! Andy took us to Rio Celeste and made sure everyone was having a good time and got great pictures of our adventures. He gave us a perfect alternative to go swimming in Rio Celeste if we weren't able to do the hike. Carlos took us on the River Safari and he spotted so many monkeys, iguanas, crocodiles and birds while sharing his knowledge about the local agriculture during the drive. And access to the Pacifico Beach Club was the best!

The condo was fantastic and easy to live in during our stay. The golf cart made it easy to get around the property. Mom got lost and they safely got her back to the condo and texted us immediately. We look forward to our next stay here. It felt like staying with family.

VERY NICE AND CLEAN PLACE TO STAY . WE HAD A THREE BEDROOM UNIT FOR THE FIVE OF US. THE STAFF WAS SUPPER NICE AND HELPFUL THE WHOLE TIME WE STADED . THE POOLS ARE VERY NICE AND KEEP CLEAN. SHOP ARE IN WALKING DISTANCE AND THE BEACH IS JUST A 15 MIN. WALK DOWN THE ROAD. THE BEACH CLUB IS JUST UP THE ROAD. LOTS OF PLACES TO EAT THAT ARE VERY GOOD THAT ARE CLOSE ALSO.

The property was very well maintained. It was comfortable, quiet and convenient. The beach club access was fantastic and a really nice bonus for staying there. Adi and Anjelica were very helpful. My Kids and I enjoyed the place very much and would definitely return.

I exchanged a time share to stay at Breeze Private Residences. It's a beautiful place! The staff is wonderful and very responsive to any issues or questions we had. The beach club is VERY nice. We did a time share presentation only because the perks were good as were had NO intention of buying a fractional "ownership" or a timesheet. Pools are nice. The restaurants right near the office of Breeze are great. The beach has very dark sand and is walkable from the resort. I felt very safe here and in town. There is a grocery store right next door and many shops and more restaurants are on the street out front. We went on a tour with Costa Rica Unique with Norman and Carlos to the rain forest, waterfalls, sloth experience and a coffee and cocoa farm. We had a lunch that was served as well which was very good. I highly suggest you take a your with Carlos and Norman as it was EXCELLENT! During the drive to the rain forest and during our hikes and visits to the different areas, Norman gave us so much information about Costa Rica, and the flora and fauna. It was fabulous!!! I'll come back to Costa Rica again. Who knows? I might move here! Pura vida!
