this hotel was soooo good.. what makes minus is only, the breakfast not buffet.. we can only choose one menu.. no smoking room

Excellent hotel. Staff was very helpful. We've been upgraded to deluxe room, and therefore we were extended for another night to appreciate the hotel's gesture of appreciation to us. It's been a lovely stay here in Cartel especially the theme of the rooms are varies each, if we have the time, we probably changing room each day. The concept of collaboration hotel is one of the kind here at Cartel. Thank you for the hospitality.

(+) A unique hotel where each room has a different theme, and collaborates with local Indonesian creators and illustrators. Very cute and unique. Located in ‘Dago Atas’ and has good views. (+) The receptionist was also very friendly and very helpful. You can also leave your items after checking out. And what's good about this hotel too, when you book a room, you can choose the theme of the room you want to stay in by contacting the receptionist by telephone or when booking you write in the notes. (+) The rooms are very spacious and very cute with various themes suitable for taking photos. The rooms are also very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is also clean. The AC is very cold. Various kinds of snacks are provided (paid) and mineral water is also provided (not paid). There is a mini refrigerator too. And I used a room with a very nice outside view. (+) Breakfast is ready from 7 am to 10 am. Breakfast is on the 3rd floor, along with the cafe. We were given a Rp. 100k breakfast voucher valid for 2 people. The breakfast menu is 'English Breakfast', but if you want to order other food at the cafe, you have to pay additionally. (+) This hotel also has a unique Korean-themed cafe or restaurant on the 3rd floor and is open to the public. The a**osphere is very unique and the cafe is very nice. And on floor G, there is the 'Filosofi Kopi' cafe for those of you who just want to relax. But all these cafes only operate until 10 pm. And the hotel also has an elevator. (-) They weren't on time to clean up the room from previous visitors so I had to wait 20 minutes for that. (-) The bathroom lacks privacy, because in my room there is no door lock and you can still see shadows when we are in the bathroom.

Very nice experience, the room is clean, affordable price. The rooftop is excellent, very cozy, breezy, and comfy, the food is really good, what you see in the menu is exactly what you get. Breakfast is also good. Overall, a very nice experience.

In my opinion this was the best hotel so far.. The place are coZY. Wes stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. We experienced different kinds of room a**osphere. The staff services are excelent and the food also. This is the MUST TRY HOTEL for you.. Keep up the good work

such a new fav place to stay in Bandung! been theres for more than 3 times. the service is good, the weather is nice..and oh having filosofo kopi in their lobby is something ! you can order the coffee and bring it to your room! love it.

The room is clean, simple and unique. Easy to find the location and the staff are nice. They have filosofi coffee shop at the ground and a beautiful roof top restaurant. Worth the price and I suggest you to stay here
