This is a 4* hotel. I was greeted with, "Move your car; that space is allocated for a bus. I move one parking space. I am disabled and struggled up the stairs to the reception. The receptionist was on the phone and did not indicate to me. I was allocated a room on the 2st floor. There was a lift. There were no towels in the room. Asking after the advertised swimming pool, I was advised that I must pay extra for that facility. I paid and asked for towels. They never came. After dressing, I went to find the restaurant. I was told the restraint was closed as the Chef was ill that I should walk down the street to a pizza place. It was 9pm and I checked out. I was not charged and found as great hotel 20 min away. How can a 4* hotel take my booking and then tell me the restaurant is closed?
